Black areas of texture

Does anyone know why im getting black areas? I think its to do with lighting im not sure, I turned off my enb to make sure but nope not that. This was happening before with odd bits of paper on the ground but not to this size previously. Thanks for any help.

Probably an already known engine bug.

Ah yeah just did, thanks. Hopefully it's not as much of an issue in other cells.
