CTD when entering Vick & Vance casino for the 1st time

Hey fellas,

 

I got to this point in the early game when you have to go to Primm to find the guys who shot you. When i enter V&V's Casino, the game freezes, i press enter and i go back to the desktop. Tried re entering the game and loading before attempting to enter the casino on several occaions but no go :(

 

Except this, i haven't had any real issues besides a random ctd from time to time and occasionally, punctual textures not loading (reloading the game seems to fix this)

 

 

From the guide, im using all mods except those that add, new locations, quests, weapons, companions, or animals/monsters.

Edit: tried again last night, got the same ctd, but this time i got to see the error message "Out of memory", installing ENB boost as someone posted in other thread got me to play past that point i was stucked. Still having ctd's, but i can play more time between them.
