Effect timer UI mod? (e.g., Stealth Boy duration countdown)

Anyone know of a mod for New Vegas that adds a UI element for effect timers?

PN has that one HUD element that counts down the Stealth Boy effect. It isn't a number though, it's octagonal graphic that has border which disappears as the Stealth Boy drains.

 

As for other effects, I don't know of anything. I'd guess that Xilandro might be the guy to ask. He has some crazy UI mod that he's been working on with all kinds of stuff.
