Requiem Pack (WIP)

I'm not sure if it necessary to change he load order I only meant to check. On the Requiem misc page Azirokn has posted his load order I don't know if he is using this patch even though he made it but generally patches should load after sonata their changes are kept. But aside from that concern you are essentially correct.

How do I check?

Just to clarify – I know its tedious to explain it to me again, but...

I don't need to sort the Masters in Wrye Bash as Roberbond suggested, I can do everything in TES5Edit as you suggested. Means no "changing to Masters", just removing the old Master and adding new one.

And if I do it all in TES5Edit I have to activate EBV both plugins before I start TES5Edit to check the STEp patch. Then I remove the one Master and add the new one.

So it the new EBV plugin is not dependant on the STEPpatch anymore I could place it anywhere as far I understand the logic behind it.

Then it would not be wrong if I place it after Requiem to be sure it works.

After it I could rerun Wrye Bash just to see it there are Masters missing now (orange mods) and recreate my Bashed Patch.

I believe that Azirok places it just after his Hard Times plugin. Actually I have just downloaded both patches, they have exactly the same name. Soooo you don't have to do anything to the STEP Extended plugin. Just hide the .esp from the main mod then activate the Requiem replacer just load it after Requiem - e.g. after HT.

The rules above only apply when altering patches or mods to accept different masters but when two esp files have the same name then the patch will accept the either one and obviously in your case the requiem version which will likely have Requiem as a Master.

I'm at home in two hour and will try this new way.

Just wonder what you mean with "hiding"?

Should I keep the original EBV active in MO left pane, go to Options and move the .esp up? Or should I go to the plugins panel, right-click the Mod and "hide" it.

Thanks.

Yes because the mod is more than just an .esp file. It has textures and stuff. Just right click the mod in the left hand pane and then click on information. when the box comes up click on the Optional esp tab then select the ExplosiveBoltsVisualized.esp then click the up arrow and voila your esp is hidden.

I'm at it right now.

First problem:

Have hidden tzhe original .esp and added the new after Requiem - Hard Times.

This changed load order so I wanted to rerun Dual Sheath Redux patch. This one says it can't rerun because STEPextended patch is missing a Master.

So I activated it again and went to TES5Edit to remove the dependancy. Found the Masters panel and the EBV entry it looks like this:

Master File

MAST-Filename ExplosiveBoltsVisualized.esp

DATA-Unknown 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

When I right click on it I only have the option:

"Edit" - this gives me a big warnig asking me if I'm sure what I do, so I click "No" and go back, because I'm pretty unsure...

"Hide no conflict row"

"Column widths" -->Standard/Fits All/Fit text

Could you help me, again, please.

I don´t understand how to tweak those settings. I mean I don´t know how much must I lower or rise the values.

I have testing a very beautiful mod:

Ethereal Elven Overhaul:https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24273/?

it has a requiem patch: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46720/?

but if i use the requiem patch Irileth appears naked. If I uncheck this patch in MO she is dressed again.

Somebody give me the requiem patch modified and it works fine now:

It seems like the battlemage armor and ranger armor is invisible for me. So when I see an NPC using it, their head and arms float around while their body is invisible. I have no idea if anybody else has already had this problem, I did not want to read trough every post. Could anybody please help me with this?

Edit: I am using Step Extended too.

STEP Extended patch is missing it's master because of the new load order. STEP Extended patch now needs to load last (before bashed patch). The Requiem EBV patch should have Requiem as a master. If you hover your mouse over the patches in question in the right hand pane you will get a list of masters showing up. In theory LOOT should sort them in the correct order according to master requirements. If not using LOOT then use BUM to get the STEP patch in the right place. ANY plugin MUST load after it's masters.

Try adding relev delev tags to the plugins for these armors. This problem occurs sometimes due to the way the bashed patch complies its leveled lists.

Having an issue and I"ll do my best to describe it.

I have installed STEP: Extended and the Requiem Pack as per instructions. I use LOOT, not BOSS. If I start a new game my character will "freeze" either right at the chopping block OR just before the dragon busts through the first tower wall. My POV centers itself and my character "vibrates" bouncing slowly up and down a little. I cannot move or turn and if I ~tfc I can't see my character at all.

I've been through the install process twice and thinking I will attempt it with just STEP: Core... it's a bit frustrating :)

*edit* Meant to add that I've tested the STEP Extended and it appears to be stable but once I add in Requiem and Immersive armors it's no longer stable.

LOOT and BOSS need a lot of change in the load order. I have done this week a new installation with STEP extended, REGS and REQUIEM then run BOSS. First I use the userlist rules modifications from REGS, second those from Smile44 in BUM. After that, using WB I have to modify the load order of a lot of plugins ( master not in the right order) directly in MO. And I lock the load order. The game seems to run OK.

STEP Extended, for example need some tweaking in the install order : immersive animation need to be before XP32, maybe you don't need some sound mods ( read the Nexus page of AOS). You need to read the Neovalen SR:LE page, he gives a lot a of information on the installation.

The installation of enboost and the ini is lacking in the STEP page, you have to read the text from Boris.

I've done some more testing and tried installing Immersive Survival over my STEP Extended. I think I'm having install order issues with DSR/Bashed patches. When I load into a new game my horse carriage literally flies all over the place constantly... I don't know what is wrong :(

I think I've solved the issue (fingers crossed I'm not speaking too soon). I went back through some mod installations and turns out that XP32 Skeleton REQUIRES Realistic Ragdolls and Force; The STEP Extended installation, however, recommends that RRF is not needed it using the STEP Extended Patch. Apparently DSR takes a sh** if you don't run RRF even with the Step Extended Patch... Oddly enough my STEP Extended only install works fine but as soon as I add any other Pack (Immersive Survival/Requiem) it freaks out. Might be worth adding in on the Pack Installation instructions.
