Yea, idk, my enblocal.ini (not enbseries.ini anymore, that information is outdated) has the following for proxy

 

[PROXY]

EnableProxyLibrary=true

InitProxyFunctions=true

ProxyLibrary=d3d9_SFX.dll

 

 

So you can see I'm already using a sweet fx proxy .dll :-/

 

Looks like I can't use this mod then :-(

Is there anyway to add the .dll values to the sweetfx.dll at the bottom or something? I've never done anything like that before. Does that make no sense? I'm asking if I can combine the 2 .dlls into one.

Why don't you first try deactivating sweetfx and using this limiter? Maybe it doesn't help you and you're wasting time.
