In case the new alpha version was unpacked into an older DynDOLOD 3 alpha version, unpack the DynDOLOD Standalone archive into a new empty 'DynDOLOD' directory.

Can you delete the bugreport txt and start TexGen again to see if it writes a new one in case the out of memory error happens again?

Unpacking into a new folder does not solve my problem.

I don't get any new bugreport.txt .

What graphics card(s) are installed and what is their physical VRAM size?

@sheson just wanted to ask, will DynDOLOD sometime down the line in this alpha fully work with the mod Worldspace Transition Tweaks?

I would love it if all i had to do was just run DynDOLOD and be done with it when having that mod installed.

Read the first post what log files to upload when encountering errors or problems using the latest DynDOLOD 3 Alpha version.

Otherwise pay attention to how how often DynDOLOD updates, the changelog ( improved worldspace bounds warning/error settings) and the version number.
The current version is Alpha-37, not Alpha-33 anymore.

Even back then, the error message about the worldspace bounds has a link to a help page how to rectify the issue.

gtx 1060 6 GB

16 GB RAM

I would like to add that I've disabled the xLODGen output, with no avail

It seems TexGen tries to use an Internal Intel graphics card.

Try setting the NVIDIA card to be the preferred graphics processor in the  Manage 3D Settings / Program Settings of the NVIDIA Control Panel.

My TexGen in the last 2 versions just doesn't start at all.... I'm pretty sure I did all the steps posted on the first page.

I'm having issues with DynDOLOD 3.0 refusing to generate custom billboards for the 3D Trees ash pines and light ash pines.
I'm not sure if the issue is something on my end or if it's an actual bug but I've been playing around with the Rendered options in TexGen for hours at this point and I'm still not having luck. I've had no issues with TexGen cooperating on the 60 other trunks for the hybrid lods I'm generating it's just happens to really not like those 10.

As per the instructions, I've named them correctly to include the CRC32 IDs and _trunk.nif in their name. And placed them in the DynDOLOD render folder. Along side the other trunks which generated their billboard properly. I've also tried placing them in the dyndolod install render folder as well.

I've looked through the log and there is no error or anything of the sort, or even a reference to those trunks.

I'd be happy to send any files or screenshots that may be necessary in addressing this, thanks!

You mention "custom billboards" within a context of "3D trees", so you maybe mean "3D [hybrid] LOD models"? Tree billboards will also be created by TexGen 3 for these to derive the 2D object LOD via DynDOLOD 3.

As the OP and forum messages state, you should post all relevant logs, including in this case your LODGen_log.txt from running hybrid.bat. Usually that log will identify issues with the 3D hybrid models if you did that. If you just copied/renamed the full models, then it is likely you have placed those into the wrong path or used incorrect CRCs. Get the CRC-32 from the full model mesh referenced and name like MyTree_FE5926A6passthru_lod.nif

Then place into: \meshes\DynDOLOD\lod\trees\

That is correct, I am talking about this in the context of hybrid tree generation for the trunk panes.

I believe I have done both of these things, including the placement into the correct directory and with correct CRC32s derived from the full models. Here are the relevant logs.

Looks like TexGen did not create the billboards (or at least the text files defining their params) for the ash trees. This could possibly mean that they don't have defined object bounds in the plugin (or some other issue), so info is missing to create the trunk billboards for the hybrids. Try loading the plugin in the CK and going to Trees node. Then you can right click each ash tree and select "recalculate bounds", then save the plugin and try again.
