issue with xlodgen for fallout 4

ive generated lod using texgen and xlodgen and as far as i can tell the commonwealth lod is perfect. i have lod for almost everyhthing except sanctuary hills. i cant figure out why. the destroyed cars road and trees are there but no lod for the houses.
