The 10mm SMG was in Fallout 1, 2, 3, NV, and is in 76. It is one of only two weapon additions I can think of that might qualify under STEP's mandate (the other one is the Sniper Rifle, which I'm not suggesting for various reasons). There are at least two 10mm SMGs to pick from, including the title option and 10mm SMG (by Major_McCrackin). FO4 even has the 10mm pistol.
