Flicking Mesh Fix Issue

Flickering Meshes fix does not install anything at all. MO2 is considering it an empty mod and on the posts for the mod page, someone else has this issue.

I've tried to redownload it and reinstall it, it still is empty. I've even manual downloaded it and tried that.

Just re-downloaded the mod and re-installed, again, its all there: "please try again, and in the first installation window for the 'main cities' please tick the second option 'no parallax version' for every city. this is easy to miss" ...
