There are very few quality texture replacers for clothing, but this one is top notch quality. The plugin has conflicts with ECO... haven't checked if there isn't a patch. At the very least, this can be used as a texture replacer.

After seeing these in game for awhile, I feel this mod is too large of a deviation for the mandate, so I am removing it from testing. They do look very nice though.
