torminater Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 Discussion thread:Smaller Ice Spike and Ice Spear by Odin_mlWiki LinkI like this mod here a lot. Ice spikes always seemed a bit ... exaggerated for the little damage they (usually) do.
TechAngel85 Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 Nice. I would recommend the 50% optional file for STEP is this is ever considered.
dem1an Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 I like this mod for my game. Ironically, the huge vanilla spikes just don't seem believable.
WilliamImm Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 As both TheCompiler and I recommended this mod earlier, I am going to mark this for testing.
Freyrgjurd Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 Just some pics of the spikes in game ? If not, update OP. Note: Taking a brake for today. Over 24h awake. =*
Wormheart Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 I like em, but really hate the mages firing them at me. I picked the 50% file as well.
Freyrgjurd Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 I think the glow is a little "intense". Aside from that, 50% reduced seems to be the right choice.
torminater Posted June 12, 2013 Author Posted June 12, 2013 30% looks more like a bolt than a spike... I'ld vouch for 50% as well.
rootsrat Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 Seems that 50% is the common theme, as I'm for that size as well.
WilliamImm Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Uh.. mods threads in testing are always stickied.
rootsrat Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Sorry, wrong thread - there are 3 sticked threads in MS forums, I posted this here as well by mistake ;)
statmonster Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 I like the 30% size. (I looks reduced by 70% to 30% size). Frankly any of these sticking through someone are likely to be fatal, so the smaller the better given that they are not even close to delivering fatal wounds.
