I've included this in the next update for the STEP Patches.

The changes made by this mod are so tiny and inconsequential that I really don't mind what you do with it, but if you make it available after making changes please provide a link to my version of the file on the Nexus and make it clear that the file you're offering isn't all my work.

 

We will have to figure out a nice way to give a shout out to all the authors work that ends up being included our stuff.

does that mean that if it's in the patches I don't need to install it? and just use the patches if i have evrything from step on my mod list?

We do. That's the version in the STEP Patches. No NPC Greetings is just the name of the mod.
