Regarding the recommendation part, does it mean that I have to install ONLY the file in miscellaneous section, or must I  install the main file (medium version) before that?

This mod feels un-lore-friendly to me. :( White Werewolves?

 

And the new chaurus doesn't match the falmer architecture, armor and weapons.

EDIT: Oh wait. Perhaps the particualar file that STEP suggests to download does not include those.
