Quick one - why was this one dropped?

I don't see why it would but I use it because I have an ENB that screws with it and makes the smoke look horrific.

Same here, but I saw it dropped, so I thought that maybe it turned out it's bugged or something... Just checking in case it'd screw my game for some reason :)
