Does FSR stay active in memory like fallout 3 or does that program get moved to the paging file? Because Windows 10 has a whole new way of dealing with active memory objects, it's doing some nifty compression to its paging file which is brand new in windows 10. Haven't upgraded yet to 10 myself so I haven't looked at it too in depth <link>https://www.itprotoday.com/windows-10/understand-windows-10-memory-compression</link> but maybe this is why fsr for 1 is having problems.

Ok so fsr is a fose plugin and obviously doesn't run separately to fo3 in processes but it still maybe the memory compression causing bugs since its new in win10.

Apologies for the link as well since I couldn't find the microsoft link and my coding was whack..
