Gernash Posted November 23, 2016 Author Posted November 23, 2016 How did you move it? copy paste or reinstall via steam? the issue may be the Steam link
Gernash Posted November 23, 2016 Author Posted November 23, 2016 this is the topic I'm referring to https://forum.step-project.com/topic/11094-wip-fallout-4-using-modorganizer-2/page-66?do=findComment&comment=184931
stegoseal Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Checked my ModOrganizer.ini and this is what I found: Quote gameName=Fallout 4gamePath=C:\\Users\\MyUsername\\Desktop\\FO\\Fallout 4
Gernash Posted November 23, 2016 Author Posted November 23, 2016 Weird, so did changing that resolve you issue?
GabaZieute Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 Thank you for your guide GernashI bought Fallout 4 yesterday, and immediately started modding itI don't understand the "hidding file" thingyI did a search for hide in this topic, but unfortunately Postimage ate the pictures in the post where you explain this Could you please reupload them ?Also the Enb part is not clearIf I understood correctly:you unzip Subtle Enb in Fallout 4 install directory (...\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4)The Enb Manager is more a cleaning tool you use if you want to switch ot another ENB
GabaZieute Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 Ok found it when I arrived at Concealed Armor part
Mindgames265 Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Just a heads up looks like "Don't call me Settler" has been pulled from Nexus till an issue is fixed with it.
GabaZieute Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Unfortunately LOOT (v10.1) does not work properly for me It detect my mods but does crazy things like Disabling most of the DLC and putting them at the bottom of load order Putting patches before mods It seems to be a Mo2 issue I have followed the example provides at the end of the guide, but I have a lot of leftovers (Better Explosives esps, ValdacilsItemSorting-00-ValsPicks-DLCVersion-VanillaWeight.esp, Vivid Weathers - FO4 - Summer.esp,etc...) Could someone please a loadorder that is on par with the current version of the guide ?

This is an expected behavior of LOOT as it is following the new way Bethesda Skyrim SE handles the official content. MO would have to be updated to that way to correct it.
Gernash Posted November 27, 2016 Author Posted November 27, 2016 Sorry for the late reply, Stuff is hectic. I'll re-post the pics in guide later today. Basically you double click on the mod in the left pane then right-click on the file you want to disable then choose hide.
GabaZieute Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 No worries, it's already nice of you to have made this guideBTW, MODWiki - Worldspace ALL - 203 Patch.esp needs to be updated because Plenty 'o' Exploration plugin was renamed from Plenty 'o' Interiors.esp to Plenty 'o' Exploration.esp which cause a missing master issue unless you change it in FO4Edit. Could someone have a look a this load order and tells me if I need to correct or optimise it ?Due to Loot failure atm I have done manually (which made me realise how you get use to tools that makes modding you game easier) No worries, it's already nice of you to have made this guideBTW MODWiki - Worldspace ALL - 203 Patch.esp needs to be updated because Plenty 'o' Exploration plugin was renamed from Plenty 'o' Interiors.esp to Plenty 'o' Exploration.esp. RayzrMcG Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Thought I would pass along what I did. I did a "Hand" sort...took FOREVER. So I looked at what options/tools were available in MO....Backups and Restores are basically txt files....that is something I thought I could utilize...and here is what I did. I made a "Backup" of my current load order....doesn't matter how screwed up it is....we just need a txt file that MO generated. Then I Ran LOOT. Everyting looks OK in the LOOT Sort...so I copied the load order to Copyboard...from the Right popout menu. Now let's get this info into a file MO can load. I opend Notepad ++. Opened my "Backup" Load Order From MO. Select the plug-ins list...and deleted it (it was a totally screwed up mess anyway). I then pasted the New LOOT Sort. It has Priority and Mod Index info infront of every plug-in(Its' always something). So I recorded a Macro of me deleting that information...and then going down to the next line(Cursor directly to the left of the first character or the next plug-in). Control+Shift+P repeats the macro...and 10 seconds later....all the extra Priority and Mod Index info is gone...Save. Go into MO....and "Restore" that "Backup" file...and Walla...New Sorted LOOT Load Order. Also...on a sidenote...Look like "LooksMenu" is borked as well. I thought I was doing something wrong. It's page of the Nexus has a bunch of stuff about the presets missing and other stuff functioning weirdly. I did what they suggested....loaded it directly ihto the FO4 Data. Also did that 2 the presets....Works perfect. It is a super light install...really easy to remove once the MO Install is working.
Marayoor Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Not sure if its a error in the guide or not, but the "merge plugins xedit script" link directs you to Fo4Edit. Is it because that script is discontinued?
