Meshes WR has moved them to another folder so constructable objects use his mesh and texture. the world space items would use the other mods assets.

Thanks for the patch! Two notes :

 

1) Apparently in the new patch it didn't find the bettersettlers esp patch file

2) It's sorting some non-radiated foods as irradiated foods (I THINK they're all foods that were installed with the mod that adds recipes to Fallout 4, so that might be it!)

 

The Pipe Shotgun is now fixed though, so life is good! :-D

1) Better settlers is covered in the Better settlers clothing patch More to do with AE patching as Unique NPC has resolved most of the Bettersettler issues that were present before.  (What is the actual issue?)

2) I oddly sorted foods is because that is where I got up to before I stopped for a while. I need to have a sit down and work out a Nice sorting layout

You can be specific as I don't wig out over fault/glitches There is Sooo much that has been done that errors will always crop up as I do this solo.

I very much appreciate your attention to detail!

 

For 1), it was an error that cropped up when I installed the patch, I haven't seen anything in game that has caused an issue just yet. If one appears, I'll let you know

 

2) Makes total sense to me, and I'm happy waiting. I just try to give the things that crop up as they do, so that if there's something easy I missed, I can correct it quickly.

 

It's working amazingly, actually! There's nothing serious that I've seen crop up so far, albeit only seven hours into the game so far. I'll let you know should anything else appear, but it's definitely created an experience that I enjoy greatly! I was initially bummed when I couldn't find the mod packs for Fallout 4 that existed for Skyrim, but yours solves any and all problems for me!

 

As a funny side note, it was also my first experience with better companions. When I started the game and took Codsworth out, I was having difficulty getting XP because he suddenly was a boss and killed everything before I had a chance to! Lol

better companions was me looking for better AI's as the NPC and creatures in the game a quite Dumb in the game.

 

there is a better companions holotape and you can set the aggression of the companions but there is no granular control or any sort of base reference.

 

There are more intense companion mods https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26976/? But I've not had a chance to look at them.

I'm trying to build your modding list and i found the mod WET in two places in your guide, one in the section "Landscape Textures and LOD Replacements - Plugins" and the other in "Weather" section.

In which section did i put this mod? Also i want to know if the section "Landscape Textures and LOD Replacements - Plugins" still valid?

weapons will glitch when INNR is altered this happens with Pre existing item.

drop on the ground

enter workshop mode

Hover over item

TAB into worshop

exit workshop mode

check item in workshop

 

If you can'r get an ID in console mode then it's broken bad is it a vanilla item or something else?

I'll have to look at the INNR once I get something done with the VIS patches.

I am running Fallout 4 using a modified of this amazing guide but I have had a few issues with it. I was hoping some of you bright readers might have suggestions for troubleshooting my glitches.

 

My trouble is hard crashes in several locations I believe are related to settlement mods. (For example, I try to delete an existing generator in Sanctuary Hills and the game crashes every time. or if I stay in the workshop mod too long in Sanctuary Hills it will crash.) Additionally, if try to walk down tracks from Grey Garden to Oberland Station or fast travel from Grey Garden to Oberland Station I crash. (I can travel from other settlements to Oberland Station.)
 
I am hoping some you might take a look at my load order and tell me where I might have screwed up. I have tried to use a Wrye Bash patch and it will crash FO4 before it even loads, so something must be wrong.

AND DELETE INSTANCES

  1. what generator is it? (please don't say the one next to the building :)) I don't see any major issues with 
  2. CTD exploring good luck you are using a Spawn mod,lighting and Worldspace mods together you will need to to resolve all Cell and Worldspace conflicts. (Huge tedious job.) then repair all the Navmesh issues (CK repair/patch)

 

How to test

Copy your MO2 Profile from the management window

Select your new profile

restart MO2

I found 474 unattached scripts eith this tool and deleted them.

looks like he is wanting to make his own one (i.e. he has a modded one but cant get in contact to the original mod author. I've linked him some "Mod resource" versions and he is doing them.

 

Currently I use a hand made version I'm adding to but I've done mine in a way to comply to what's out there rather than excluding everyone.
