Reading through the guide, I came across the WFO and Vault 22 Flora Overhaul sections and noticed this:
Warning: Do not clean UDR records from this mod with FNVEdit 3.1.1 or earlier, otherwise, the game will crash on startup.
Contains dirty edits: 377 ITM records, 4037 UDR records. Follow instructions for cleaning here.

Contains dirty edits: 46 UDR records. Follow instructions for cleaning here.
I've been using WFO for years and always knew that you weren't supposed to clean the UDRs but this mentions '3.1.1 or earlier' so I was a bit confused. Looking for confirmation, I found this topic which confirms that you can clean WFO with the newest version. I went ahead and cleaned WFO and tried starting the game with only WFO enabled and it crashed on the first slide when loading.
Is there some special way of cleaning that I am not aware of? I am using FNVEdit 3.2 (latest)
