Unable to launch FOSE or FO3 from MO

Game: Steam's FO3 GOTY

OS: Windows 10

CPU: Athlon II X2 250

RAM: 16 Gigs

Video Card: GeForce GT220

Notes: Multi Threaded Support Active, Large Address Enabled, heavily modded

 

Problem:

Everything used to work without a hitch, then I got a new monitor, and that changed. When I attempt to launch anything FO3 from within MO I get the following error message "Failed to initialize renderer. Your display doesn't support the selected resolution. Please set a different resolution in Fallout 3's Launcher under 'Display Settings'." However, If I launch through Steam or using fallout3.exe or falloutlauncher.exe in my install directory, all is fine, proper graphics. minus my mods. I have tried using the FO3 Configurator found at "https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6769", no change.

 

Any ideas? I will provide any requested info and logs.
