I'm a professional software developer I'm sure there are others in this community that are as well.

It's easy to find the references that need changing using Notepad++ Find In Files and just search the entire LOTD source folder for ".esp", edit the esp names as required, recompile, make mod with correct folder structure so original scripts get overwritten. Or am I missing something? Only thing would be if merging the plugins results in any of the FormIDs being renumbered then those changes would also need to be reflected in the patch scripts, again not difficult.
