lefbarnes Posted November 14, 2016 Posted November 14, 2016 Found I had unticked aMidianBorn_ContextAddon.esp when moving it from Improved Closefaced Helmets Version. But it is now saying I have already installed the mod. Do I need to rename the STEP Vanilla Optimized Textures as they are being installed as STEP - Skyrim Total Enhancement Project or do I need to install them at all?
TechAngel85 Posted November 14, 2016 Posted November 14, 2016 The optimized textures and Compilation come from the same mod page so MO will think they're the same. Simply change the name when installing the Compilation.
lefbarnes Posted November 14, 2016 Posted November 14, 2016 Thanks for your help, I had a feeling that was the case. Am I correct in thinking that it is the priority order in the left pane that is important, not the actual order I download the mods, when following the STEP Guide? Using the very helpful list at the beginning of this thread I was able to fix my STEP Extended issue. I was being given the opportunity to install the Core patch though but aMidian_ContextAddon.esp is also, according to the list, need for Core. So should that esp be in the core list? I really should not try to add mods after 9.00pm :).
Greg Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 Yes, the priority order in the left pane is important. The order in which you download the mods is irrelevant.
