Nothing Launches through Mod Organizer

Mod organizer cant launch script extender, Fallout 4, or the Fallout 4 launcher.

 

When i launch F4SE, the loader opens but it is just a blank command window and it will lock mod organizer while stay open,

when launching the other 2 (Fo4 Launcher, and regular Fo4) is just locks mod organizer and doesnt do anything else.

 

 

I am running the beta build of script extender (0.1.9) and the Alpha 4 release of Mod organizer.

You did run the FO4 Launcher initially outside MO to get the registry values set, right? Preferably you ran DoubleYou's fINIp program.
