STEP:Extended FPS drops, lag, stutter

Something is off with my STEP:Extended install. I just completed a full STEP:Extended install with medium textures and was expecting it to run smooth. But straight off from Helgen and outside I'm experiencing FPS drops, stutters, lag etc.

 

Before I did this reinstall I was able to run a SR:LE with medium/high textures w. ENB enabled very well (see sig for PC specs). Now it doesn't.. some setting must be off.

 

What can I do, and what do you need to tell you?
