  1. Hishy is now streaming (or at least trying to) while he's playing eufloria and I'm coding. Come around and laugh at him a bit :D
  2. Are you trying to do something like, keep your own install, commit it, upload to a server and have your gf pull it? It's certainly possible and maybe even github is able to do it (not sure on the limits with LFS or just plain old repositories) but any binary files you have (dlls, plugins, etc) are gonna be duplicated and the repository size is gonna be massive after some changes (like following the SR:LE guide while committing every step of the way). What you can do is either commit when you change something (your gf will have tinier downloads, but repo size is gonna be massive) or soft reset after every change to keep everything to 1 commit (the repo is gonna be normal sized, but your gf would have to download the whole thing for every change). Those are the only options that I can think of, but git masters may think of something better. If you end up doing this and need assistance, I can try to help. EDIT: Actually forget about Github, they have a 1Gb limit on repo's, take a look here for what github counsels you to use as backup storage.
  3. I'm guessing the reason hishy was worried was because a lot of Github account were compromised and MSE IS reporting a virus.
  4. That "basically" can mean a lot of things. I'll just wait and see what the changes are. Also, hishy told me yesterday about console mods, I still don't get it why authors are actually posting stuff over there aside from SUPER simple mods. It's a doomed concept to start with.
  5. Right, so 2:15 BST and 1:15 GMT. See you in 3 hours :p Thanks!
  6. What's the timezone and at what hours in that timezone?
  7. Does it actually make a difference? I simply go on to the harbinger.
  8. 1.3.0 (2016-06-08) Warnings should now report empty installers.Updated application and file icon. The app now checks for updates at startup. The settings file should now be incorruptible.Sorry, this is the last necro post here since the app now auto checks for updates. The file icon is now a proper one as well :p
  9. The requirements only version has become a staple for me since I found out about (a looong time ago :p). Definitely recommend it.
  10. Are those lights for winterhold that I see in the user images exchangable for normal lanterns?
  11. 1.2.0 (2016-05-08) Warnings should now report missing images as well. There should be no more updates on this apart from stuff I forgot like the missing images.
  12. Looked at it, tested it, loved it, recommend it. EDIT: Also, it's just a SKSE plugin. Literally no reason not to use this.
  13. 1.1.1 (2016-04-25) Canceling the path selecting dialog should no longer clear the text field. The current path in the text field is now used as the base directory for the path selecting dialog.
  14. Isn't the MO log hidden by default? Well, everything else has been added then, 1.1.0 is building right now: 1.1.0 (2016-04-22)Syntax errors are now properly handled. All dialogs now have icons.Added icon to windows executable.Last used package path is now saved for next usage.
  15. MO does throw a few errors but nothing that stops you from installing. I'm guessing most users are like me and won't even see the log. I honestly don't see the problem, it just seems MO being picky :/
  16. I've tested as many combinations as I could think of and the only thing I got was a warning in MO's log :/ Could you send me a file that gives that error? Sure, if you send me the file above today I'll get it done right after. Took care of that already. You're having waayyy too much fun breaking this! :p It complains wherever it can't read anymore, which depends on the error. I redirect people to W3Schools for xml syntax, couldn't think of a better place. So everything except the MO error and the start path location for the button is done, here.
  17. The validation is based on NMM's/MO-External validation - it takes order and some other little things into account that MO-Internal simply ignores. The warnings part covers the duplicate parts. But still, if you're producing a mod, you should take care that it works in all installers. (If you really want MO-Internal only checks, uncheck the "validate" box) However, if there is need for a MO-Internal only validation, I can work on it, it shouldn't take long.
  18. Specifically FOMODs. I made (updated) the old xml schema so it should validate properly. It also gives you a few warning about missing source files/folders and repeating some tags.
  19. FOMOD Validator Validate your FOMOD installers. Overview This little app allows you validate and check for common errors in your FOMOD installers. Simply place the path to your package (the source files) and press Ok and, according to your selections, it will provide with your results. Simple, easy and effective. Download Get either the latest stable release or, for the more daring, the bleeding edge release. Installation Extract the folder within to a location of your choice;Run the "FOMOD Validator" executable.Changelog You can find the latest changelog here. More Info You can find more info at Github (source code) or Nexus.
  20. Ok, the macro thingy is done. Enjoy! Thanks Kesta and sheson :p
  21. Ok, I can do that. Do you know if the output option is saved somewhere? I couldn't find it :/ Sorry to hijack your thread sheson!
  22. I'd have to ask the user for the xEdit directory and that ini file doesn't have the LOD textures output so the user would end up with the same amount of writing/selecting to do :/ https://i.imgur.com/vbIrLHb.png
  23. Not sure if someone did something like this before, but I'm super lazy and didn't really feel like moving the DynDOLOD output back to MO every time I was testing a new mod, so I made this. It's a tiny app/macro that moves everything back to MO, you just to place the MO directory, the mod names you'll want inside MO and the output paths. It's just an executable file. If you guys like it, I'll update it tomorrow with a tiny help thingy and stuff. Oh and it'll save whatever you put there for the next time you use it, because I know how to be properly lazy.
  24. Ok guys, just bought a bunch of random keys in G2A (advice, don't, the selection is REALLY small) and below are all the keys for stuff I already have. When you redeem one just pm me so I can mark it off. Just be warned that most are crappy games, maybe except Transcripted. Well, here it goes: Transcripted Earth 2150 Trilogy Septerra Core Earth 2150 - The Moon Project Random
  25. I just got this: For about half the price I'd get for the Deluxe Edition in steam and this game was released a couple of months ago... I'm shocked. Btw, two discount keys that work for 5%: LIRIK and BBG3 Happy gaming!
