  1. This is going OT, either post in the support forums or I'll try to help you tomorrow :p
  2. Unless you're going to optimize them (something like DDSOpt) you don't really need to extract the HRDLC bsa's, just untick the plugins and tick the bsa's in the data tab (what I did until I optimized everything). ahah no problem, we can't know everything :p
  3. When you install a mod in MO it usually asks you if you want to extract the files from the BSA. You probably said no the first time and told it never to ask you again, I believe you can reset this with "Reset Dialogs" but wait for someone to confirm this. To manually extract you can go to the data tab, right click a bsa and "extract..."
  4. Needs a patch to work fine (I hope) with Expanded Winterhold Destruction Ruins (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8333/?) and that thing at nightgate inn is weird... Without the mod and with the mod (with elfx, with elfx and patch and even patch only nothing changes - It seems there is an invisible walkway for those who dont understand the image, test it out ingame) I may have screwed up at some point, so someone confirm this. EDIT: Ooohhhhh it's a conflict with realistic room rental :p I'll try to patch it and post the results here. EDIT2: For ELFX Exteriors it's a pretty simple patch for the frostflow lighthouse and for EWDR should be simple as well. About RRR, as the expanded version makes a massive overhaul of this inn (and old hroldan too, haven't check that one out yet) a patch has to be done by someone who actually knows what they're doing or the mod author. For now, I'll make do with the basic RRR which should have these issues. EDIT3: (It will never end mwahahah) I have finished the patches, if I cannot upload and share them, I'll share my knowledge of how to do them (it's incredibly hard, just forward everything from NSUtR to a patch xD)
  5. Haven't tested it out but it's supposed to all work fine now! You now have a NMM/BAIN installer, just choose what you want
  6. VERSION 2.3 IS OUT :D About collision, as I said, it is the most realistic option I guess. It's a matter of checking if/where it is annoying, nothing nifskope can't deal I think :p
  7. Oh, seen it... Never noticed it when I had it installed. It's supposed to be fresh snow so I guess it wouldn't be that consistent (you shouldn't be able to walk on top of it, you'd sink), but yes, for a game that can be hazardous. Does that happen because of collision? Mesh experts needed!
  8. BTW, this works fine with footprints right? Completely forgot about it :/ oqhansoloqo, can you link the video?
  9. Welcome to STEP :D Mhmm, so you know the subject, amazing :p Personally I prefer the solid version but I'll be waiting to see the less transparent option you talked about!
  10. How did you fix it? I'm having the same problem :/ EDIT: Forget about it -.- Some comment had weird non ASCII characters so it went nuts. Weird but easy to fix. Just look in skyrimprefs.ini for weird characters and remove them.
  11. I don't know much about gems (nothing at all really xD) but are they supposed to be transparent or more opaque? Probably needed for a realistic touch for STEP :p
  12. Can you go through doorways with the new wings? Last time I played VL that was the biggest issue :/
  13. What was said here is that lifestorock (author of SIC) is going to make the needed changes/patches for NSUtR to make it fully compatible with everything. Hence the "patches on the way"
  14. So mod back up, patches on the way? Woohoo! :p About BDS, this should load after it?
  15. I seriously love isoku right now xD Great mod!
  16. I'm crying inside :c not just because of the mod, but also due to a great author retiring. iNeeds does support Falskaar and pretty much everything out there so no real reason not to go for it. Besides, it's isoku xD So Live Another Life, here I come... Relative to RND, how much patches are needed?
  17. My problem exactly, this mod is becoming superior in terms of "novelty" features that it may surpass RND for me... but I'm afraid of removing 1 billion esps and just destroying the save. I'll wait a bit longer to see if RND implements something like this, if not, I'll have a chance to test out Live Another Live. Still, it's isoku, what were you expecting? :p
  18. just saw that, he found William's comment insulting? o.0 But hey, enough of that, we complained enough already xD a patch for SMIM, how would it be done? I don't know much but I can try :p
  19. He's quite right though, but it all comes down to his insatiable need for endorsements. That just spiraled out of control, now we see what the internet thinks of this kind of people 0.o Plus, as Gruftlord said in nexus: "However, you undeniably have a hard time getting your mod to the technical level many of us expect from a mod in 2014." Making compatibility patches for more popular mods (I usually go by who has more endorsements or the mod author with more technical knowledge) and cleaning/removing dirty edits has become common and expected from authors as there is now TONS of documentation on TESVEdit/CK/WB etc. He is not required at all to make compatibility patches for a mod in which the author has shown to be very helpful even to lesser known mods (talking about SMIM) but if he doesn't do it (considering all I said above) he also has no right to complain that people unendorse and make all that drama. Finally, he is welcome to come here, post here and talk to us, I don't think any member of this community has ever shunned anyone, and if he doesn't know much about the tools above he can ask for help here, honestly I never found such a helpful community online (one of the reason I still play skyrim). But it is a community with a goal and a certain modlist in mind so if we say "not compatible with x/y/z" it's not "whining" but the need to make it compatible for us. If there is no patch, don't complain if people post something like "it's a shame that I can't use this because of incompatibilities" (there are quite a few of these here). P.S.: Not a rant, just to make it clear for everyone that this is not a hate forum and this mod is actually pretty awesome... if it had compatibility (lol :p)
  20. New version pretty awesome tbh. How "realistic" is the transparent version?
  21. So for a 7850/78070 2Gb what is the recommendation? I'll try out the realvision and phinix enbs but is it just better to get a new one?
  22. If it does what it says, by using iHUD to remove everything (except health, way too hard guessing when you're about to die) you can actually have a really immersive experience, Definitely going to try it out!
  23. Oh, into my mod list then :p
  24. I feel this depends too much on how you RP. The vanilla dialogue seems to include more variety of characters while IPD seems to go for the scholarly character. Still, nice little mod. phazer, I love killing Lydia too much to change that
  25. Oh boy, isoku has done a needs mod... Has anyone done a review RND vs iNeed? The widget has been something that has been lacking in RND (I believe it is something like Frostfall?) and follower/horse integration is very nice... The only thing (for me) that is missing is werebeast/vampire integration
