  1. Is this mod supposed to add backpacks? I picked up a backpack off of an enemy or a traveler a while ago and never realized that this isn't supposed to be in vanilla.Â
  2. I basically just took the BCF that is posted on the guide, put it into bain converters, applied the BCF to the main file in Wrye Bash, ran the wizard, and then there was no Half Dull -- Half Ice option :-/. Did I do something wrong?
  3. It's probably Dull and Ice, right? Is that 1k or 2k resolution? Dull and Ice is most likely half dull -- half ice
  4. Unless it is not needed, the guide does NOT say to download the BOOK OF SILENCE PATCH for DUAL SHEATH REDUX. Do we not need this?

  8. I still don't see half dull-half ice with the BCF. No idea what is going on. I ran the wizard. Still nothing.
  9. I haven't tried the textures only but I can say with confidence that I am positive that this mod caused freezing. As soon as I uninstalled it, my freezes went away when shooting destruction spells.Â
  10. So it was SRO and Skyrim2k-Landscapes that weren't installing for some reason. I fixed both of them by getting new copies. Skyrim2k was from the nexus and SRO was a random torrent I found.Â
  11. Seems to only be SRO. I tried two different sets of files. Still won't install it. EDIT: Seems to have been an improperly packed/corrupt download of Skyrim Realistic Overhaul. I seem to have fixed the issue.
  12. So I've gotten to the point where I install all the mods via Wrye Bash. It gets 3/4 of the way done, right up to SRO, and then gives me an error. I have the screenshots. After the error, all the mods that were "installed" have red x's. https://imgur.com/a/BrRdX#0
  13. I'm actually not seeing the half dull half ice with parallax even with the new BCF file. I see Azur, Classic, Dark Azur, Dark Classic, DULL AND ICE, FULL DULL, then the custom options.
  14. Is that why Skyrim framerates are so terrible and inconsistent? Because with a fully modded skyrim (2k outdoor textures, etc etc), you will most likely be getting under 60 fps but since vsync in skyrim is FORCED on, there's nothing you can do about it except enable triple buffering? Also, at least for AMD, you can only force triple buffering for OpenGL Games. i believe Skyrim is Direct3d.Â
  15. Yea, I mean as you or someone else above stated, it's not like Skyrim is a real first person shooter where a 60 framerate matters. I think as long as Skyrim never dips below 30, it should feel pretty smooth. It runs fine with my 7970. VRAM sometimes maxes out all 3 GB but usually I just get a little bit of stutter.Â
  16. Eh I'm wondering if this is even worth it now. I wish I had a comparison between the CoT thunder and IMST.Â
  17. Hi. I'm reviving this old thread. if I want to add Immersive Skyrim Thunder to Climates of Tamriel, which files do I need to copy? There are 8 thunder sounds in IMST and 17 in CoT data folder.Â

  19. But even before all this ENB Boost hack stuff, I remember testing my FPS in Skyrim and getting above 30.Â
  20. What do you mean the game is capped at 30 fps? I know it's capped at 30 fps on consoles. I usually get 60 fps in Skyrim.Â
  21. I brought this up late last week. I think it was an outdated BCF file. Someone else can probably answer this better than me. I believe it's fixed now though. I could be wrong. I'll try it when I get home.
  22. No idea. Try 13.4 and see if it works. I personally never download AMD beta drivers. Their official releases are bad enough...you're just asking for headaches with the BETA drivers. Better to stick to the official releases. Ignore the BETAS. They never work right.Â
  23. Where in the install order should I be placing Cabal's roads/bridges and whiterun textures? At the end of Landscape section? It also has to go after project parallax remastered, right?

Definitely worth testing. This makes it sound like you need to force AA through your drivers/launcher which isn't allowed with ENB, right? Is he saying that if you want to use this feature with hardware AA and disabling enb effects, it won't cost much performance BUT if you want to use it without hardware aa with enb effects then it will be demanding? Also, where do I change the SMAA techniques (luma, color, depth, etc.) What is it set to by default?
