  1. It's a magic map though, since it is 3D. I actually got nauseous when I kept rotating my camera around high hrothgar...
  2. Yeah, but it's still necessary otherwise the corresponding files won't get loaded. (Although I did get around that by renaming the folder named "Chargen Morphs.esp" to RaceMenu.esp" so it would load with that instead :P )

  10. Triple buffering is limited to open GL applications afaik, and Skyrim isn't one of them.

  14. I'ld get ready for sending your card in if I were you. There are several stress test utilities for gfx like unigine heaven or burn fur sth. If your gfx performs worse than your old one it might have a hardware issue
  15. Every object has a shape = mesh It has a colour= DDS And it has a layer that makes it look a lot more diversified than the actual mesh = normal or _n.dds
  16. Uhm. Have you used the correct texture sizes? 1k? Have you tested your gfx whether it actually works correctly under stress?

  21. SDO only adds lods for big objects, so yes it's compatible, but you might want to check for esp conflicts with other mods in tesvedit first.
