  1. Right click the top of the column the plugins are listed and untick lock times or something like that. I had the same issue, f#%Â¥ing annoying.Edit: Range finder huh? Good find I'll check it out in a bit, just went to grandma's house and ate waaaaaaay to much. Need a nap.
  2. When I deactivate the advanced recon mods it starts up but with them I can't get it to start up. Don't know what it is, yet.
  3. I'm having a problem getting the Advanced Recon series to work with the current guide. I've been trying to incorporate them into the guide and I can't seem to get the game to even start with them installed. Some of those mods are fomods that don't install with MO, so I used the FOMM method that someone mentioned, phazer I believe, but I may be wrong and to lazy to check. It works really well for what is already in the guide and I am going to be switching to that method for installed the UI part instead of the NMM method which I also tried last night and couldn't get the Advanced Recon series to work that way. If anyone has gotten everything to work together let me know. I have a feeling that the conflicts between ADAM and and Advanced Recon is the problem and will need a patch. Bashed Patch just isn't strong enough, I want a sentient patcher that can read my thoughts!!!!
  4. You can find the ones I posted earlier in this thread and use those. I even include the PN patch. I didn't have any issues with errors that made a difference when merging.
  5. I only have one file overwritten by WAR. I'll look into it.
  6. My test build is only 96 plugins. It won't even start now and I have no idea why. Just part of the trial and error of gamebryo.
  7. Your problem is greed. You lowered your plugin count with the merge script and immediately tried to add more content. There is no reason to force the game to the 140 plugin limit. You can only play with couple mods in game at once anyways.
  8. Science has tons of speculation. We call it estimation and hypothesis. And just like philosophy we get it from the world around us. The difference is the amount of testing that goes into it.
  9. Since I started working a lot on this guide I've had 4 crashes and 2 were from an exception that NVAC can't handle yet. I'm not going to build out the guide unless my game is rock solid. FNV will probably never be crash free, or any Beth game for that matter. Plus, I've only used the merge script on the ADAM merged plugin I made and I can't find anything wrong with that plugin (yet, maybe there is something I didn't find, but I doubt it). One problem I hadn't considered yet is that one of the plugins that you merged into Bashed Patch might be missing a master. Usually Bashed Patch inherits a master from the mods that get merged, but maybe it didn't this time. When you load all your mods in FNVEdit did you right click->'Select All' so all the plugins got loaded?
  10. Roll back to MO v1.1.1 or install the NCC downgrade file that is included in the optional files.
  11. Better suited for the MO support forum or the MO Nexus thread, the Skyrim one, not the New Vegas Nexus. I haven't tried to go into the GECK yet, I only want to do that if I absolutely have to.
  12. Way ahead of you there. NVEP (New Vegas Enhancement Project, pronounced N-vep), FTEP (Fallout Total Enhancement Project, pronounced F-tep), OTEP (Oblivion Total Enhancement Project, pronounced O-tep).... METEP (Mass Effect, pronounced mE-tep). Not sure about Morrowind, but that game has a bunch of good guides already. Also, all those type of guides would require that they follow the mandate. We can't put the STEP endorsement on something that doesn't follow our system. Anything else that someone does can take a different naming convention, like SRLE does or how I chose HST's story.
  13. So how many Veteran Rangers did you murder to get that Sequoia? Just think, Millenia could have been hired to do Fallout 4 weapon textures, but no Beth doesn't really hire a lot modders and he ends up getting hired by someone making a space game so he is designing awesome spacecrafts instead. I feel like Beth has lost touch with a bottomless well of talent. Look what it has done for Valve. Even the guy that made Falkskaar got hired by Bungie instead of Beth.
  14. Yeah the Beth forums also do this bit they have a need for to break down franchise and then game. As far as using the wiki, is it okay to make a couple mod pages for certain non-skyrim mods that need it to help shorten the guide I made or is that a problem? I don't want to use the form if it will cause a problem. I can just make a traditional page for some stuff if need be.
  15. This is okay to combine if there is a simple way to filter by game or tag. Otherwise I don't agree. It would be to difficult to sort through the endless skyrim stuff to find other games' mods.
  16. The tags are not for forwarding new entries, they are for existing items that are changed in some way. Revel means that some items that already exist in the lists are REleveled in some way by having their stats changed. Deleveled means that something is taken away that existed in the list and those changes will not get forwarded from mods that have those items because you will not want those existing items in the lists. That is what Requiem does with it's delev tag, by Deleveling the game and making it much more unique than just having all the same stuff in every container and NPC. New entries are automatically added as new entries in the leveled list and do not need tags. Skyrim.esm doesn't have a tag because it is the original source of the lists. Everything either changes those existing lists or adds new items to those lists. So tags change existing items, new items are added regardless by the Bashed Patch.
  17. I can just close it at a certain point, like 500 posts, and open a new thread. There aren't really a ton of topics open in those subforums for other Beth games and unless my guide will grow the sub forum enough to really become a problem. If we get more game guides that expand to F3, Oblivion, Morrowind or even other specialized guides like TTW, Skywind, Skyblivion, Beyond Skyrim, Project Brazil.... All that stuff could grow the community in that direction, but we usually need a person to just go in there and get it done and others tend to follow. I swear I had a partial guide done for a year before I really decided to get something presentable done. If people hadn't had kept asking about it, then I wouldn't have done it. I have to say that doing the whole thing on my own with just a few others giving suggestions and feedback is way more work than I thought. I thought helping out with the 2.2.8 release would prepare me for it, but that was pretty much 3 or 4 of us doing an update instead of building it from the ground up. I don't think I could even do it without Kelmych, roots, redishlord, brainfever, and anyone else that might be helping me here or a couple people that lurk the wiki and forums, but only PM on reddit. You end up looking at the list of stuff you have and all the mods that need testing and revision and the whole thing just seems insurmountable. Another thing that could arise as that part grows is the need for more wiki space and specialization for things like guides and mod pages (maybe). I don't know that we are ready to take that on if we do, s4n does this stuff out of the kindness of his heart, not because someone pays him, so any expansion of the SMW stuff might be out of the question without a proper dev to take it one (not me). The one good thing about it, is that we could create mod pages or any pages, that they are done when they are done. Skyrim still has so much updating required for mods, but most older games have less updating required. Anyways, I'm rambling about this. Yes, finishing things is good. I have started going through my Steam list and finishing or playing things I've had that I haven't gotten into yet, before buying a bunch of other stuff, except for Burial at Sea episode 2. Damn, I love playing as Elizabeth this time around, but I won't say anything about the story. Just finally finished up Spec Ops: The Line, damn that was good story for shooter. Anyways, any feedback is good and helps me make the guide better. Plus, working on this has separated me from Skyrim for a while and batteries have recharged, so I'm much more ready to get into 2.2.9.
  18. Yeah that's the line. It has to be there for fco or nvce.
  19. No, I think I know the problem. You need to add the ini edit. It is on fco page, something like ballowfacegenmorph=1. Make sure you use the mo ini editor to do it.
  20. Yeah but you have to adjust it a bit since it is coming from a guy with a Titan. It probably is pretty stable on his system. The new Titan Dual gpu cards just came out and my tax return also was just delivered… hmm that is an odd coincidence.I wonder if I could get 60 FPS on a UHD display with Sfo 2 and enb with 4k textures with that card. I doubt though.
  21. Actually I went more the srle direction but I made a copy of the page for safe keeping that was STEP-like before adding a bunch of stuff that would violate a STEP mandate. I don't know that it is really that popular. I get about ten posters to give feedback and half are STEP users or staff.
  22. Everyone on earth is agnostic. It is a misused word that is not a religious denomination but is often used as one. It means that you don't know if there is a god and no one can know that. You really only know if you die so ergo if you are alive then you are agnostic regardless of you religious beliefs. The correct term you are looking for is non-religious or rather you choose not to believe. Carl Sagan was non-religious and said that neither religious people or atheist people had ever shown him proof they were correct, so he was just non-religious.
  23. You just uncheck the box and check it again. I haven't started using fco yet, so not familiar with the mod. I know it isn't compatible with other mods that change character hair like lings or mikoto. Also might not work with hall of face. Why do you have the colt, kabar, and other millennia mods? They aren't needed and you are basically just adding them to doc Mitchel's house. His big mod includes them.
  24. Thanks, I look at that. I actually like the HH textures. They look more like the Zion landscape than EWI's which are more like rough granite than smoother Sandstone carved by water and wind. It is in a separate file too, which is good.
  25. Okay, added Textures Over Time to the OP. I will do some far away shots to match this stuff in a bit. I really hate testing texture mods, but it is pretty simple with MO. Will do more as I go along. If anyone wants to test some stuff for me and report back, I'm going to fill up the OP with a list, probably in some color, not orange or green since that is for other stuff.
