Didn't know that; sometimes I am an idiot.

SKYRIMLE Elder Scrolls Music (by Iceburg)
Muladhara86 replied to Muladhara86's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
I figured neither mod would cause problems individually, but I was wondering if maybe the combination was the problem. -
Title, basically. I recently went though with an Extended install, and they are no longer using SRO due to permissions (I think), and have created their own pack in response.

Awesome. Thank you, guys.

Have you ever taken a look at That's Racist? I use an edited version of the original that adds fullscreen effects, like the red haze from orsimer's berserker rage, to all active, prolonged racial abilities. Out of all the racial overhauls I've tried, I feel this one stays truest to the STEP mandate by not straying far from vanilla.

SKYRIMLE Elder Scrolls Music (by Iceburg)

Is there any way this could cause any problems? The last time I had Skyrim installed I gave up because I had a fresh SR:LE profile set up with this and Delaric's Conditional Combat Music (standard dragon reserved), and I was getting frequent-ish, repeatable CTDs. -
If I could make a couple of suggestions, I tried messing around with All Homes Remodeled, and I think it (or something like it) would be a good candidate; I appreciate having each of the default houses with the DLC additions. General Stores/General Displays make it much easier to store and display your items between homes. As with All Homes Remodeled, I didn't spend much time working with these mods when I tried them, but I would really like to figure out how they work. It seems like it would be a great framework for a unified houses setup. Windstad Mine adds a sizable mining complex that the player can build up. It has a slight conflict with REGS (the cart you must search to start the quest clips with a small fence for Apple Garden). Heljarchen Farm is very similar. The final buildable settlement I would like to suggest is Tel Nalta II; it conflicts with Moon and Star and Undeath, but it is just fantastic. EDIT: Okay, just one more. The Field Lab is amazing. It only adds/alters one tree far outside of Riften. You can summon it in any worldspace, then float up and go inside. It's got a funny little quest attached concerning mistaken identities, though I think it shouldn't begin until after you are the Dragonborn.

pack A Real Explorer's Guide to Skyrim
Muladhara86 replied to CJ2311's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
Is there a reason that the 4.0.4 patch archive doesn't include an updated Better Dawnguard Entrance file? Also, I was having a similar problem as another user: I am using JK's Skyrim with ETaC Modular, and the only REGS patch available in the archive requires ETaC Complete. Is there some other version of the 4.0.4 patch archive with these? -
Umm, the Phinix Natural ENB wiki page directs one here for it's thread.

pack Weather and Lighting (by Smile44)

The guide calls for v6.0 of Vividian, but there is no such version, and the installers for versions 6.30, 6.521, and 7.02 don't follow what's going on in the guide. I've installed WAO per the instructions, and I am being told that I'm missing the following masters: mintylightningmod.esp: I chose not to use this, but could stand to re-include it. I assumed it ran on a script, and didn't want to bother with it. Falskar.esm: I just don't like it, and can't justify the load from it. I think I'm capable enough with xEdit to excise Falskar references from this. Vividian - Weather Patch COT - ESS.esp: I can't find this in the archives of versions 6.30, 6.521, 7.02. With Vividian, my frames outdoors go from 20-50, so I wanted to try this pack without any ENB first. What will I need to extract from the Vividian archive to accomplish this? -
I missed one in my list: Enhanced Blood Textures. Omitting this causes problems with the extended patch. Could I follow these steps to modify the patch: - Install EBT - Load a profile with all Extended Patch masters - Load TES5Edit - Find every entry in the Extended Patch whose last entry was EBT - Replace those values by copying as override the pre-EBT values - Save and profit

Great! Thank you, sir.

Would I still be able to use the prefab Extended patch if I omit the following: Stable UGridstoLoad Double Cursor Fix Main Font Replacement 83Willows 101BugsHD Lightning During Thunder Storms Rainbows & Shooting Stars (for Wonders of Weather) SM Drop Lit Torches If the patch relies on one of these mods, which ones?

pack A Real Explorer's Guide to Skyrim

A note about Convenient Bridges: the mod conflicts with Moon & Star and with Sea of Ghosts, possibly more from the REGS pack. The author has no plans to remove these conflicts as the mod is designed for vanilla Skyrim. Also, I was wondering if anyone had tried Jurgholm. It's a daedra themed dungeon. I tried it out for a little bit and was blown away by how expansive it was. The only things that bugged me were that the entrance to this secret dungeon was kind of silly (just a hatch on the ground in some Eastmarch ruins), and that the slaves attack you on sight. -
SKYRIMLE Radioactive Skyrim by Rose Rosenberg
Muladhara86 replied to phazer11's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
I didn't know about that video, but I seem to have figured out the gist anyways, because I made myself an edited version of ELFX w/o references to the cells altered by this mod and The Useless Shop and Interior Overhaul (TUSIO). I also made an altered version of TUSIO to be compatible with Radioactive and modified Radioactive to remove the Windhelm Dock edits. Lemme tell you what: things sure are purdy now. -
Extra Screen Effects is an enhanced version of That's Racist (by Kevin Kidder), my personal favorite racial overhaul. I feel like it's close enough to vanilla while still allowing for races other than Bretons to shine. In particular, this mods adds fullscreen effects, like the red haze from orsimer's berserker rage, to all active, prolonged racial abilities.

Unique Dogs adds unique textures for each dog in the game, with the added benefit of reducing or removing the dogs' barking.
-
Improved Potion Recipes adds a small script that causes a the effects of an ingredient to be added to your list of known effects after reading a recipe. It's very lightweight and I have never had any problems with it in all of my modding (mis)adventures.

Crossbows Basic Collection, along with a bashed patch, is a great way to make crossbows feel like a more comprehensive addition to the game. It adds new crossbow models for some of the different materials in game. You can choose to have them only be craftable, or you can download a levelled lists version. This mod had a wiki page but no forum post discussing it; I don't know how to edit the wiki, but I'll link to it.

SKY CITY is an excellent Markarth modification featured by Gopher a while ago. It alters the upper reaches of the canyon Markarth is built into, and is compatible with most other Markarth mods.

Elder Scrolls Music is a mod/guide to importing the music files from legitimate copies of Morrowing & Oblivion into Skyrim. Simple as that.
