  1. @EssArrBee Returning to the screen tearing. As I said earlier, setting "ForceWindowedFullscreen" to "true" in enblocal.ini completly fixed it, but the FPS drop was too big. Setting the "Vsync" to "false" in enblocal, might have helped it, but it was still very noticeable, especially when I strafed (w/s + a/d) or ran sideways. This Vsync in the launcher you speak off, I can't seem to find. The options in the launcher are very limited, even under the "Advanced" tab. I remember having this issue before, but it's more than a year ago, and I simply can't remember what fixed it back then.
  2. Ohhhh. God that's silly. Thank you, the new version fixed it!
  3. It is off in Inspector, according to STEP. But perhaps I should try turning it off in ENB and on in Inspector. Also, when I forced Borderless Fullscreen in ENB, it took care of the problem, but it costed me an indoor FPS drop from 50-60 to 30-40. I need some sleep, I'm gonna try again tomorrow. Again, thanks for all the help!
  4. Well screen tearing might be a better way to describe it. Does it matter which method of Vsync I use? EDIT: Nvm, this is in the STEP guide. Thanks you very much for all the help! 2nd EDIT: I can't find the "third" Vsync source. The driver settings is true to STEP via Inspector, and in enblocal.ini vsync is on as it should be, but I can't find any Vsync option in launcher.
  5. Oh yea. Well it's just a minor detail, my LOOT has always refused to show the report (it's just a blank window), so I go into properties and copy the URL and then paste it into the browser.
  6. Perhaps LOOT just has wrong info on the mod then? There is a small thing I wanted to ask, completly unrelated, now that I have the attention of a person of knowledge. Ingame, I get this weird kind of "lag" or "stutter". It's as if some frames are being skipped, and I suspect it might has something to do with Vsync. It's especially noticeable with I turn and when I walk looking upwards, og downward. I haven't tried messing around with the settings, since I'm worried I might break something. It's not actual lag or stutter, but it has almost the same effect. It's as if someone is pushing at the edge of my screen, not wanting my character to turn.
  7. This is all the message that appeared after the "Background Loader: finished" line: <Warning: Unused data in: \ [00] Skyrim.esm \ [58] GRUP Top "WRLD" \ [39] GRUP World Children of RedEagleRedoubtWorld "Red Eagle Ascent" [WRLD:0002B101] \ [5] GRUP Exterior Cell Block 0, -1 \ [0] GRUP Exterior Cell Sub-Block 0, -4 \ [14] [CELL:0002B118] (in RedEagleRedoubtWorld "Red Eagle Ascent" [WRLD:0002B101] at -31,5) \ [2] DATA - Flags><Warning: Unused data in: \ [00] Skyrim.esm \ [58] GRUP Top "WRLD" \ [39] GRUP World Children of RedEagleRedoubtWorld "Red Eagle Ascent" [WRLD:0002B101] \ [5] GRUP Exterior Cell Block 0, -1 \ [0] GRUP Exterior Cell Sub-Block 0, -4 \ [9] [CELL:0002B115] (in RedEagleRedoubtWorld "Red Eagle Ascent" [WRLD:0002B101] at -30,5) \ [2] DATA - Flags><Warning: Unused data in: \ [00] Skyrim.esm \ [58] GRUP Top "WRLD" \ [39] GRUP World Children of RedEagleRedoubtWorld "Red Eagle Ascent" [WRLD:0002B101] \ [5] GRUP Exterior Cell Block 0, -1 \ [0] GRUP Exterior Cell Sub-Block 0, -4 \ [2] [CELL:0002B111] (in RedEagleRedoubtWorld "Red Eagle Ascent" [WRLD:0002B101] at -29,5) \ [2] DATA - Flags>[Filtering done] Processed Records: 949548 Elapsed Time: 01:25[Removing "Identical to Master" records done] Processed Records: 59669, Removed Records: 0, Elapsed Time: 00:00[undeleting and Disabling References done] Processed Records: 59669, Undeleted Records: 0, Elapsed Time: 00:11
  8. Well I searched back before STEP had the cleaning of mods in the guide, and that was the same procedure as the one now included in the STEP guide, which is the one I used. I weren't and still I'm still not aware of any other way. Wait for the Background Loader: finished message in the right panel, and then right-click EnhancedLightsandFX.esp and select [Apply Filter For Cleaning]. Wait for the [Filtering done] Processed Records: message in the right panel, and then right-click EnhancedLightsandFX.esp and select [Remove "Identical to Master" records]. If the Warning! prompt pops up, click [Yes, I'm absolutely sure]. Wait for the [Removing "Identical to Master" records done] Processed Records: message, and then right-click EnhancedLightsandFX.esp and select [undelete and Disable References]. Wait for the [undeleting and Disabling References done] Processed Records: message, and then click the [X] at upper right of the program window to exit the program.
  9. Ahhh, well that makes sense. Is there a way to turn it off?
  10. @SlatzG I've been told, not to long ago, that a STEP 2.2.9.1 will be released in the near future, which will mainly be the same guide with updated mods, guides and whatever new knowledge that has been collected.
  11. Hi all! So the new MO (1.3.1) has a feature where it puts mods together. It seems the intent is to stack expansions and patches of a mod under one banner, which is a really neat feature. However, for some reason, my MO creates an inexplicable one of these, and put several seemingly unrelated mods together. Currently it calls itself "Bashed Patch" (previously "Amber" due to a mod called Amber Guard which I removed), and the mods included here is: Fuz Ro Doh Smart Souls Tobes Highres Textures Moss Rocks Stahlrim of Skyrim XCE Septim HD Detailed Rugs Granitehall REGS (the patch, I think) skse TES5Edit Backups (the folder STEP recommends for the backups) FNIS Output Bashed Patch DSR Output Now, in this thingie, they are sorted by priority, so it's not an issue that changes the functionality of MO, it's just immensly annoying, and there seems to be no explaination for it. If someone could explain why it does this and/or how to remove it, that would be just great! ~Sincerely Halde
  12. Hi all! So after running LOOT, I got into my browser to view the detailed report, which stated that EnhancedLightsandFX.esp had 12 ITM records. Naturally, I went to TES5Edit to clean them. This is when my problem occours. TES5Edit can't find any ITM, and thus, cannot remove them. I have a very limited insight in the technical configuration of mods, so I truly hope someone here can guide me! ~Sincerely Halde
  13. With STEP mods, you should just follow their installation order, which it appears you haven't done, at least with some of the mods?
  14. Can someone please post their Dual Sheath Redux Patch (the one in the Overwrite mod after you run patcher) directory tree? I read that I just needed to rename tmp.esp to Dual Sheath Redux Patch.esp, but I think the tree is wrong. It is currently located in the subfolder "Files", but when I create the mod, it doesn't get loaded as a plugin in the right pane. I think it might be in too deep? It's in the 3rd folder. UPDATE: So I tried moving around with the renamed Dual Sheath Redux Patch.esp, and while it previously was in DSR Ouput/SkyPatchers/Dual Sheath Redux Patch/Files, it is now directly in DSR Output. I hope this fixes it, I will report back when I have given it a spin.
  15. Doesn't TEOFIS just turn of some lighting and underwater thingie? I remember writing it when I couldn't see underwater, but it generally decreased the quality of the picture.
  16. You could also choose to use another "general" graphics mods. What I've heard is that SRO has a more artistic touch, while others such as Skyrim HD is higher quality but more plain. Same for Serious HD.
  17. Thank you all, now I can see my mods again! :) Sadly I have to correct their installation order, but that's not a big deal:)
  18. I only have 1 profile called "STEP Customized" so yea.
  19. Well I just copied the entire MO directory. I didn't expect it to leave stuff out. This might be a issue on my hand, not MO. But the weird thing is still that it would alter the original MO folder as well. I don't know if there is anything else to do than a fresh install. That would probably also fix my DSR issues. I've tried adding mods to the .txt in the profile, but that doesn't work.
  20. I will, thank you so very much!
  21. Hi all! For some reason, after I safe-copied my ModOrganizer folder to my external harddisk, MO won't load my mods. It load the unmanaged ones, and then aMidianborn Farmhouse, but it's as if the rest doesn't exist, even though they are still in the "mods" directory in the ModOrganizer folder. I don't know the technical details of MO, but I can imagine some .txt file or something is missing, that cause MO not to recognize them? In my profile at least, all my mods but the ones I mentioned, are not on my loadorder.txt or modlist.txt. MO is not able to load when I open my original ModOrganizer.exe nor when I open the safe-copied one from my external harddisk. I would imagine this is a common error since it has happend multiple times to me when I've copied the folder, but I couldn't find an original post on this. The other times however, either the new copy or the original worked, but this time, neither works. ~Sincerely Halde
  22. Well 1 sec after I hit the "Patch" button, a message pops up, that says : "skyproc.exceptions.MissingMaster: Dual Sheath Redux.esp has som missing masters: - Skyrim.esm - Update.esm Please activate them and try again" I simply don't know why this happens since it's not even possible to deactivate those two plugins in MO. I also cannot know if the old issue with tmp.esp persist, because I can't even get the patch completed due to this. Furthermore, when I mouseover the plugin in the right pane in MO it states: "Enabled Masters: Skyrim.esm, Update.esm" I've changed the settings for the DSR patch each time I've tried installing it, to make sure it matched the new (but identical) mod. I also did this with the old version I attempted to use, with no more luck.
  23. I moved my Steam folder out of Program Files a long time ago. My Steam folder is located directly in my (C:) drive. Well I just Ctrl c and Ctrl v to copy it the entire ModOrganizer directory. It doesn't matter much, I fixed the order manually. I deleted the previous version of the mod. I downloaded a newer version and installed that. That is the one that won't create the .esp, although now the problem is that the patcher itself won't recognize my Skyrim.esm and Update.esm. However previous versions of the mod also will not regonize the .esm
  24. Update: I moved the ModOrganizer folder from my desktop to my Skyrim folder. In this process, MO decided, for some reason, to untick all my mods and change their priority to their alphabetical name (aMidianborn mods received the priority 2-7 for instance). So I had to run through the guide and change them all back to the correct order. Anywho, after this minor nuisance, the patcher can no longer recognize my Skyrim.esm and Update.esm masters, even though they are clearly listed in plugins, and the Dual Sheath Redux.esp plugin doesn't have a missing masters error. I have the cleaned Update.esm in my installation order as priority 2, after Distant Decal Fix. I don't know if this matters though. Please help!
