Personally, I'm not a fan of turning RPG into hack'n'slash, but some may like it. Just bear in mind that new spawn mods tend to destabilise your game a lot. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4

One of qotsafans's patches causing CTD
rootsrat replied to TheMetaName's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
As far as I remember this patch didn't touch anything related to your problems - I went through every single record in the esp. That's not to say it's not interacting with some other mod and causing problems. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4 -
ILS's are the nightmare of my current game... I've never linked them to this mod though and I would be eager to test! If W&C is indeed the cause, I'd happily ditch it. On the mod page the author states: Has anyone safely removed W&C before? What about the scripts? Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4

Not sure. I'm back home tomorrow and should have fully operational PC with internet back by the end of the week. I'll look into this then. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4

Mod that spoils if chests are containing anything
rootsrat replied to Southman's question in General Skyrim LE Support
I used to have a mod that has changed that and removed the 'empty' label from chests but I can't remember what it was called Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4 -
DROPPED No Boring Sleep-Wait Menu (by Humbro8282)

If this is the case then it's not really an issue. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4 -
Missing Level up/Quest start/complete sounds
rootsrat replied to DoYouEvenModBro's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Silent Skyrim comes to mind. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4 -
@OP: if you will keep messing with an existing save, i.e. keep removing mods, you will screw your game for good. NEVER remove scripted mods from an existing save unless you have an earlier clean save. You say that you removed ASIS for couple of weeks... then added it again? This is no good. Always make a modlist to play with, and once you know which mods you want to use start a new game and don't mess with your mod load. You can add mods, no problem, but always keep a clean save from before adding a mod, then test that mod for some time so you can always remove it and then reload the clean save. SKYRIMLE Respectful Lydia - Willing Burden Carrier (by Man or Monster)
rootsrat replied to johnnyboy88's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Thanks for investigating this in such detail guys. In this case I would say it's not a technical fix, but it is an immersion fix, just as Appropriately Attired Jarls. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4 -
Even if not using MO? Wouldn't the meshes get overwritten? Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4

SKYRIMLE Respectful Lydia - Willing Burden Carrier (by Man or Monster)
rootsrat replied to johnnyboy88's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Agreed, but in the same way Approprietly Attired Jarls is not a fix (unless it does fix a broken script?). Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4 -
Only swords are cross draw (not sure about daggers). So if you equip axes/maces in any configuration they should never be on the same side. Axe/sword and mace/sword will always be on the same side. Sword/sword will never be on the same side. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4

SKYRIMLE Respectful Lydia - Willing Burden Carrier (by Man or Monster)
rootsrat replied to johnnyboy88's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
If this is the case indeed, than this mod is a fix and should be part of Core. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4 -

I use it, as that remark was really annoying to me :) it's a simple no-esp mod, no brainer really. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4 -
Please see here.

That's why I moved it from MS to SR forum :)

I tried this mod in game, but in the current version the smoke flickers all the time, it doesn't look very good. I'll keep tracking it though.

Moved to appropriate forum. Mod Suggestion is for suggesting new mods to users.

Thanks for your input, Wolverine and thanks for your advice on Nexus yesterday, regarding using MO with 2 different games ;) Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4
