  1. I think that anything that requires non vanilla armours should be out of question for STEP purposes.
  2. This is an excellent mod project draft. Now get to work! ;)
  3. Bear in mind that Dibella statues are only in the extra room, which is an optional thing. Rugs for monks to pray on rather than on cold stones sound pretty plausible
  4. You can do it from file explorer level (presuming you're using Windows... all the posting rules for the support forums are here for a reason you know!). Just navigate to Overwrite folder and delete the file. It's located in E:Program Files (x86)Mod Organizeroverwrite in my case.
  5. It will be compatible - it's only the matter of which mod you will allow to modify the lighting in HH.
  6. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54474/ Looks very interesting! It makes HH interior a bit more friendly and better looking, apparently. I like what I see on the screens, so will be checking this one out! There are 2 versions available: With both Manny's HH exterior additions mod and HH Dire Textures this place should look great!
  7. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23755/? Sounds interesting. Looking at screenshots, it's pretty good! There are 3 versions available, 2 that require Apachi Skyhair and 1 that is pure vanilla. Think I'll check this one out!
  8. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54730 Seems like a nice little mod. You can pay court wizards to fill your empty soul gems. Customisable via MCM. I'd love to see a feature though where you leave your empty gems and come back in a day or two to pick up the full ones. At the moment I think they're being filled instantly, which is a little immersion breaking. Watching this space though.
  9. Glad you've found it useful :)
  10. It does indeed! You, sir, are a genius! And Tannin. Thanks :)
  11. Following my new OS reinstall, my main playthrough pfoile in MO got wiped. Luckily I've had a very recent back up of both installation order and load order (thanks for implementing this, Tannin!). However when I try to load a few recent save files, I get the "This save relies on a content that is no longer present" message. So I'm guessing that I've introduced a mod since the last back up, but I cannot remember that for the love of me. So does anyone knows a way to find out which ESPs the given save game file depends on and possibly to check which ESP is missing? ::EDIT:: Note the above is as per few days ago. I just tried it now and for the unknown reason it decided to work... Ergo: I was right when I couldn't remember which mod I added, as I did not add any! I was able to load up my save without any problems. Nevertheless, I'm still eager to find out if there is a way to see the plugins that a given save is dependant on...
  12. I ditched Springpad in favour is Quip. It's simpler, but much better suited for such a large database.
  13. A thread for this mod already exists. Please search the forums before posting.
  14. This mod has nothing to do with werewolves. It's wolf howl and bark sounds.
  15. No idea what may be causing this... Anyway, I checked these in game and didn't really like them with my set up. I'll stick to what I got (although I cannot remember what it was... :o )
  16. I didn't try AMB's to be honest, as it comes from his landscape pack, yes? AMB Landscape didn't blend quite well with my mod set up.
  17. Because I created this thread when I was looking for a new snow texture for myself and thought I will post my compares for people to see. Note this is not in Mods section, it's not a mod recommendation, just my personal texture comparison with non-STEP build :) But thanks for contributing! I went for Quality Snow personally.
  18. I use Steam screenshot button and it takes it with all the post processing
  19. Yeah, I was looking for a good expression, but couldn't think of anything (see my edited OP) :D
  20. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54568/? Fresh upload, so I thought I'll bring it to your attention guys. Personally I don't quite like it, they're too "magazine cover looking" for me, but maybe some of you will like it
  21. Some good tips in that link, phazer, thanks! Yeah, I am actually going to do a clean installation, including full format of my system drive, so I think that there's no need to do a scan. Hopefully the reinstall will resolve my issues, I'm eager to start using Windows 8.1! If the issue persists, I'll just burn my PC...
  22. Thansk Kulde, it's good info! Well, I have purchased Windows 8.1, so I'll be making a fresh install tomorrow or at some point this week and see what happens. I also plan to purchase an SSD for my Skyrim installation (I currently have Windows 7 installed on an SSD, but it's only 64GB and I'm always running low on space there, sadly. I am unable to point page file to that SSD, as I get a message saying there is not enough space. There is less than 5 GB left.
  23. I don't like either to be honest, but that's judging purely by the screens.
  24. Just to add to the above - textures don't matter for FPS, so you can leave Trees HD in. It's meshes that cause the loss, and visual effects like ENB.
  25. I know what you mean. But these nebulas look... Just look like they belong in a space game rather than fantasy game. I can't explain it any better :)
