Any suggestion where to sort A Matter of Time via BUM/BOSS? Is it safe to delete CharGen Morphs.esp? -

"Click [Close]." now seems to be an unneeded line as your instructions no longer call for opening up the "advanced" tab.. -
SKYRIMLE Falskaar Wildlife add-on by Dean Corso
statmonster replied to Ogham's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
From what I've seen what Falskaar really needs is additional monster/enemy spawns, not necessarily wildlife. But is does seems generally more open and empty than Skyrim. There do seem to be a lot of bears and wolves in Falskaar. -
Discussion thread: FileAccess Interface for Skyrim Script - FISS by Lord Conti Wiki Link This is a mod which allows other mods to save data to it for setting MCM settings. The bane of starting a new game is having to go in and reset all those damned MCM settings. If the mod author inlcuded this option you can save these as a file that can be read intothe game and save your settings. So far very few mods have this option (Dynamic Potions - Poisons - Ingredients - Food by egocarib ( does - which is where I saw the link to it) - but when you look at the number of MCM settings that Neo has on his SR-LE guide, the utility of such an extension becomes apparent (well at least to me). https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48265/?

Hawx Gaming has a few very nice videos comparing different Skyrim mods. It's nice to see someone lay out one mod next to another, discuss which does what and why you might like mod A vs. Mod B. There's only about a dozen of these on his channel right now but I think they are well done. Even if you have your favorite mod to do X, it's nice to see someone show you some alternatives and discuss the merits of each. I wish more YouTube mod reviewers would adopt this format - after all what a mod user wants to know is not whether "Immersive Death" is a good mod, but how does it compare to "Dynamic Enhanced Auto Death" and which should I use. Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback
statmonster replied to Neovalen's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
I like this thread, but it is big and unwieldy at this point - closing it and starting a new SR-LE one makes sense (although maybe splitting this one and archinving everything before 8/1/13 into an SR thread and then putting the 8/1/13 and later posts into an SRLKE one that would reamin open would be helpful). My thought anyway. -

Saw that, need to look more into it. I saw this too and am very dubious about it. Just reading the description it seems to require a weight of 80 plus (which can start to look silly in UNPB) and has problems in the back and with some armors. Is it any better than the base mod? It sounds like the author needs to remake it with something other than nifskope. -

There are some ash mods for Solstheim too. -
I think I may have to have my own customized perk tree next time I play!

Wet and Cold was in there long before the Sheson's Mem patch. -
Hmmm.... Looks interesting. Can you use it to modify ESPs in mods that themselves modify the perk tree? What about the werewolf and vampire perk trees?

Always try to launch after installing a few mods so you can quickly identify problems before you get too far into the process.

It's part of the ENB preset he uses. (Unreal Cinema) You can change other ENB presets to toggle it on or off too. -
SKYRIMLE aMidianborn Imperial Forts (by CaBaL)
statmonster replied to lubojart's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Does anyone have comparisons between these (and maybe SRO too)? Screenshots? -
Wow!!!! This is amazing. I had not been a fan of immersive armor as I didn't like several of them and didn't want some. The new MCM system that allows you to choose which oens you want to appear on NPCs/Loot and/or to be craftable completely answers this. The MCM menu looks amazing and includes lot of customizability of crafting options. Integrating it with Kryptopyr's CCO Redone might be tricky. Given that it works with UNP (but not apparently UNPB) is perhaps a reason to consider moving to the UNP body.

I like playing sneaky characters and definitely like this one. It makes sneaking, lock picking etc. hard enough to be rewarding when you pull it off. The ACE combat module (only) goes nice with it in that you take extra damage if hit while sneaking but inflict extra damge if you hit form a blind side - making sneaking to get into position much more immersive. -
Absolutely useless... but pretty cool too. Might be interesting to use with the next version of RND (Realistic Needs & Diseases) which I heard might introduce bathing requirements. Will the next version of this mod introduce the growth of hair in other locations?

Interesting. I was considering using Aiyen's next go around (and I'm getting quite itchy to star another play through...) Things I dislike about UC: Colors are too muted. Northern winters tend to be bright during clear days and nights (all that reflected white light from snow I guess) but get get gloomy if overcast. But mostly it's just a personal preference that everything not look at gloomy and blurry all the time.I hate DOF, the human eye easily corrects for this - it's only when you use a camera that you get this effect IMO. I find it silly to degrade visuals just to make it look like a movie instead of reality. I'm probably wrong about all this and know lots of people love DoF but feel pretty strongly about it. (But I'll just disable DoF anyway, so...)Seems to have too much a performance hit (though it was better when I dropped DoF, blur, etc...)

1. Rough ideas and a few items in my testbed yes :) If I get some more spare time I'll write something up. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk A sort of guide to the guide to modding Skyrim... In all seriousness it would be cool to hear what you were noodling about... Sounds good. CCO MCM options now allow for this I think. Can't imagine this will work well with RRR unless heavily patched. Not sure... don't see the need for huge giants (and they are already pretty damned big) but some height adjustment to races to increase dimorphism might be more "realistic". -

It would be nice to have a single mod/esp combining all your latest smithing mods together, but even one just combining WAF and CCO would be good. Lots of good progress on SRLE today! -
