  1. Lets hope the new RCRN version wil lnot have the same issue. I didn't experience it, fortunally, but maybe it'll be necessary some warning i nthe guide if it persists.
  2. I've also experienced some problems with the mod, not that one through. I'm hoping the mod will be updated and improved, since i really cannot live without it, nor i want to remove it from STEP whatsoever :P
  3. It was dropped for a problem it caused with weapons range. Since it now seems to be fixed, we're considering adding it back.
  4. Your report in very helpful! thanks ;)
  5. I think it does follow the STEP philosophy, because -as what i can read- it tries to balance gameplay not just add new stuff. The problem is: 1) does it really archive balance? 2) does it have bugs, and how many? if answer to q1 is YES, and answer to q2 is No or "acceptable", then it is a worth addition for STEP. Lets figure out!
  6. This is my overlook, and you are totally right. Noted for the next update.
  7. COnfirmed, and bug list updated-
  8. Read more carefully Step 2B1
  9. I recommend sticking with your lvl 20 save, it can be added mid-came i think, but its in alpha stage and i would only test it for now.
  10. Radiance (Alpha) - https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=15972 This is in alpha stage, but I can't refrain from testing it, because it adds just the sort of things i want, lore-wise: I would like to encourage you testing this as well and reporting to the author, in order to help him improving the mod and pushing it out of alpha stage.
  11. Thanks, i was thinking the same and considering to swap mods again, you just gave me another reason to do that.
  12. But STEP suggests both of them for SkyrimPrefs.ini...@TC: did you find out that using the prefsini tweak works better? ou are right, but only fDecalLifetime=900.0000 does in Skyrim.ini, the other tweak goes in skyrimprefs. Fixed for next update!
  13. Can you please link that thread? if that's still valid it's an issue that must be investigated.
  14. This is extremely weird. You should try disabling only the sound mods (which have esps).
  15. I'm considering this addition for the next update.
  16. I'm tracking those, they'll be useful for future gameplay packs ;)
  17. After recent updates i'm again considering this mod for STEP, i recommend to test is again in multiple stuation to evaluate its stability with step 2.1 (remember to disable shadow stripping fix mod).
  18. Ive investigated, and the two mods don't seem to share any file, need a confirmation.
  19. First one is very likely from Post-Processing by the FXAA injector. Personally I don't see a need for the PP when we have all these new HR textures and it ruins overall quality (imo) with "shimmering" (it sharpens the picture more then what is needed).Second one is also guaranteed from the injector and you can't do much about it except not using the injector. If it's unbearable then you might want to check out Realistic Lighting With Customization and use that instead of the injector. Also I have another bug report Section A3) Textures/Mesh the mods Ruins Urn ReTexture and Vandr Presents - HD Imperial Tower both have the following files: Textures\Clutter\Ruins\ ruinsurn01.dds & ruinsurn01_n.dds Thanks for the report! About PP sharpening, you can reduce the sharpen (or remove it) by opening the injFX_Settings.h file in skyrim folder, and change the value float Sharpen = to something lower than it is.
  20. Please lemme know if it happens also without the mod ;)
  21. I've updated the bug list, the spider nest mod is indeed redundant and therefore should be removed. Thanks for the report!
  22. Lol i was suggesting the ini sollution as well, but frih did it first! ;)
  23. Check the latest update, precisely here: Install that addon, enable it and you should be fine with the sword sound. About the low fps, you should try reducing graphics setting, disabling AA etc, unless it's a driver issue.
  24. Not all its files are overwritten, check the armor folder ;)
