Just delete the files that you copied from the Countervibe folder and disable Dark Dungeons...
-
Did you not bother reading the mod's description? The author recommends using Dark Dungeons for ENB and Revamped Exterior Fog.

ACCEPTED Guard Dialogue Overhaul (by Eckss)
Besidilo replied to JudgmentJay's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Looks good, haven't tried it yet, though. -
I think keeping them as separate packs would be wiser.

His textures aren't larger than Millenia's, though. Nor other similar texture mods. Retexturing all mods comes with the size, I've already explained how you can save some MB by optimising and recompressing the textures with 7zip, but the raw size of the textures is the same as any other high quality mod's. aMiddianBorn Armor isn't competing in any way with weapons retextures, and Millenia's textures would only replace a few of the dozens that UHWT does, not to mention that Millenia's mods is no longer under development. Once klotim's optimises his textures a little for size, fixes some glitches, adds the missing normal maps and creates env_maps for his textures, it could well be a mod worthy of adding to STEP. I think including a performance version would be nice.

I haven't gotten any.

UHWT textures are going to be fixed at some point, he's including the shields too, and his textures replace all models, so if they're decent enough, they could make it into STEP, since the overall quality of the textures would be unchanged. As fri said, CaBaL's armour retextures are certainly going to make it into one of the next STEP releases, there are no better vanilla retextures from what I've seen, bar some armours by Hvergelmir. Millenia Weapon Retextures are certainly the best looking, but they only replace a few eapons. For additional models, I feel that Jaysus Swords and Immersive Armours are probably the best lore-friendly packs out there.
-
Besides the HR-DLC from Bethesda and USKP that might fix some bad textures, there is nothing that replaces either armours or weapons. Fri just confirmed that in the first reply, anyway.

DROPPED Unofficial Skyrim Patch (by Unofficial Patch Project Team)
Besidilo replied to frihyland's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
USKP is shaping up to become the ultimate fix package. -
I'm sorry, it's a bit OT, but do you happen to know what capitalisation, spacing and punctuation are? I appreciate that you might not be a native English speaker, but the basic rules are pretty universal in most languages.
-
You can install whatever you want. Just make sure that if you're adding textures with mods like Immersive Armors, instead of replacing the vanilla textures, you should always rebuild the bashed patch afterwards.
-
That won't work either, because the mods are in an archive format. You need to extract, optimise and repack the textures that require optimisation.
-
Maybe the increased memory usage was just a coincidence and there is an extra underlying problem?

ACCEPTED Bellyaches HD Dragon Replacer Pack (by Bellyache)

I'm all for people reading the whole guide, but there are many out there who don't have much time for modding/playing games, and the installation process is time consuming enough for them to be easily put off. So I think anyone starting with section 2.A. of the guide and finishing with 2.F. should be able to install the core STEP without any issues. With that said, a quick note under Installation Table - Header Definitions would do.

What is your page file set to?
-
There's no reason why you'd want to keep them in the BSA format if you're already extracting them for loose files. Just disable the ESPs, repackage the fixed HR-DLC with 7zip and load the archive like any other mod with loose files.
-
I'm pretty sure Steam would re-download them next time you run the Skyrim Launcher, so the best way around it is to just leave the files and disable them in Data Files.
-
Because 32-bit applications can only assign 2GB of physical RAM to a process.
-
I've got a secondary AMD rig at hand here so will try it out on a clean install of Skyrim with D3DOverrider.
-
-
If it comes in a BSA format, you have to activate the ESP for it to work in the game. Also, read the Skyrim Installation Guide, it will answer a lot of your questions. https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Skyrim_Installation#tab=Skyrim

STEP 2.2 order.

ENB configs are all compatible through the ProxyLibrary= setting in enbseries.ini.

DROPPED More Dynamic Shadows and Striping Fixed (by puuloo)
Besidilo replied to skwareballz's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Not really, though. TC has advised against using MDS due to some apparent bugs (I can't elaborate on that), ENB Choices page on STEP Wiki tells users not to not use any optional files, and one of the earlier STEP revisions had linked to a pastebin by TC that excluded MDS and some other optional files from Project ENB. So MDS is certainly not in STEP 2.2 as of now.
