Not quite sure what you mean by this Darth?

SFW means safe for work. Ie no nude stuff usually.

And further to your point about choosing UNP over CBBE to make sure of never nude females, you don't even need to do that as CBBE has a never nude option as well. So if that's how you want to go you can.

I'm really sorry if this has been asked a millions time before, but I'd really like to hear it from the people in this thread and community (just for my own peace of mind!), is it safe to update the install as Neovalen does whilst having an active playthrough going?

I know the answer is a mix of yes and no, but where exactly are we meant to refrain from doing such and where exactly are we encouraged to do so?

Again, sorry for the question, but, maybe, hopefully someone else can benefit from a concrete answer to this - especially if it comes from the people who make up this community, maybe, yes? YES!

Best to look at the page for the pertinent mod(s) before updating, for special instructions or advice in relation to updates (such as disabling mod in MCM before upgrade, etc). Also look at changelogs if, as you inquire, you want to know when it's encouraged - sometimes the mod update will have little or no effect on your situation, such as if optional plugins you don't use are updated. If the mod changelog references critical bug-fixes, one would think it advisable to update, providing the instructions for same don't require starting a new game. I almost always upgrade, but reading instructions and thinking about the changes will serve you well!

If the mod is flagged as simply meshes or textures I'll go ahead and update but if it is anything else like an esp or script I'll wait until the next play-through. Neo's change-log is dated and easy to follow and a great resource of what needs to be updated when you are ready.

If I trust the mod author, and he/she specifically says it's safe to update mid playthrough, I will. Otherwise, no. I'm just not confident enough in my mod understanding to risk it IF I'm attached to my current playthrough. I've been known to restart a time or 20.

What do you guys think about adding the Someguy series: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72938/?

and/or

Pirates of Skyrim: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62844/?

Oh and we were talking about combat. Enai is working on a combat mod called Swordfall. Probably going to check that out as soon as it's released. Just cuz... Enai. Ya know? ;)

Not used any of his mods for skyrim but he's done some stuff for FNV which i will enjoyed and Swordfall is most definatly on my rader.

Ok so I have taken a look at all the Armor progession Overhaul mods while it's a good idea 2 of the mod authors esp have a whole bunch of errors that need sorting before I include it in SRLE Extended as i would want to add them in to the weapons and armors merged i have already informed the mod author so hopefull he/she (no sure) will fix it.

So I came across one problem while doing conflict resolution. At 0002BDD > 000EA261 it says to move "DialogueWhiterunGuardGateStop". I don't have that condition! What to do now?

your on the wrong forum this question is related to SR Conflict Resoluion not SRLE Extended Conflict Resolution you need to ask Neovalen.

I'm not sure, but I think we also need to do the Quickchange script on the bashed patch with MLU Patches merged?
If you check the leveled list for example of IAOLUlfricPrisoner [LVLI:2307DD32], you will see in the bashed patch, he gets both IASetUlfricPrisoner [LVLI:2307DD33] and IASetStormlordPrisoner [LVLI:2307DD34].

I just had a look these records aren't currently in my bashed patch. the quickchange script is used because There is a Wrye Bash bug that prevents some records from Scarcity to be forwarded to the bashed patch.

need some people with more knowledge then me to also check this out.

So if I follow the full setup how many plugins are actually used (ie how many of the 255 do I have left to play with)?

I am currently at 222 but that does include mods not in SRLE Extended yet. I do to try and keep around the 220 mark for wiggle room.

Someguy series: Yes!

Northern Cardinal mod + pirates: Very Yes!

Thanks for the reminder & the awesome find, I'm off to the Nexus to get my downloads now.
