I am am currently leaning towards these home mods:

 

Breezehome FullyUpgradable (this is a house that I think most people proberly will buy at some point in there playthrough).

Druid's Den - Collectors Edition.

Elysium Estate.

Jaggersfeld and Jaggersfeld extended.

Morskom Estate.

I like the look of Caranthir Tower Reborn (this mod is not out yet but here is a video from the mod author darkfox127 , and any home mod from darkfox is worth a look).

 

I may pick 2 or 3 for the guide and people can chose as they shouldn't conflict.

 

Also i have decided to place the most current straw poll in my signature that way people can always find it. so if you see one frpm now on it is current and active and i will get lexy to do the same.

So I would recommend Hunters Cabin of Riverwood

For when the Cabin is becoming to small in later stages of the game I have added Riverside Lodge REDUX - Buildable Edition

If wanting Breezehome to look better I would personally think this one is the better choice Thanes Breezehome

I just tried out Thanes Breezehome and while it does look cool, the mod overwrite textures from SMIMM and Noble Skyrim so it would have to higher up in the install order.  I am however sorry to report (at least in my game) my FPS hugely suffered it hit below 30 fps at one point. while with brezzehome fullyupgradeable it didn't drop at all. I personally like how is really doesn't change much from vanilia plus the secret enterance is useful full for a varity of characters such as warewolfs, vampire, assassins, theives.

 

I Like hunters cabin of Riverwood for an early stage player home so this is worth consideration. I also like Riverside Lodge REDUX - Buildable Edition. so you've give alot of things mull over.

The master load order will need to be corrected in TES5 otherwise Wrye bash will note the loadorder was changed.

About house mods, since the vanilla house mods cost coins or is received as quest rewards, it would be great if the house mods in this pack work the same way.

 

Since I always disable fast travel I find normal homes less useful so this is a interesting option:

Gypsy Eyes Caravan 

Here is a mod showcase by Gopher.

 

This mod have a few minor bugs but nothing critical, and I think it should be compatible with most other mods.

I can say for sure Breezehome FullyUpgradeable will be added as for Druid's Den Collector's Edition I think I would rather wait for the alternate way to get for non magic people before I add it to the guide. That of course does stop anyone downloading it i also quite like Riverside Lodge REDUX - Buildable Edition cos i actually do like build my own home. I just fell the orginal feature as was poorly implmented by Heathfires DLC

hey everyone I have found a issues with Jenassa which is cant figure out how to fix. you cant seem to hire her iev give her the 500 and she say she will follow you but she doesn't is anyone else having this issue or is it just me. for starters it not my Bijin replacment eps so it is something else.

 

EDIT well i am completely stumped not any of he usual suspets, not USLEEP, ICAIO, EFF nothing in Tes5Edit, this one is beyond me to figure out

I find 3DNPCs followers and Interesting NPC's to fairly resource heavy and require a bit of work to make compatilbe that being said I may look at it down the road, I have have to start being careful about the esp count as we have now hit 208

I don't know, I find 3dnpc to be very worthwhile. I havnt seen much of it but from what I have seen, I'd never leave home without it.

It shouldn't require much work to place the mod into the guide. Most of the downloads I've seen are for constancy reasons, there is one that would be needed and thats the eff patch. I cant think of any other that would be needed at this time.
