Here's a mod that adds sheaths and scabbards to most of the great swords. It looks really cool and your swords don't magically float on your back.

Unfortunately that mod is not compatible with Skyrim Weapon De-LARP-ification Project, a.k.a Thinner Weapon Blades, (files are overwritten) and I don't think we'll get a compatibility patch from either one any time soon.

It would appear that some ugly smelly bastard known only as rpsgc has made a mod that combines 'Greatsword sheaths and scabbards' and 'Skyrim Weapon De-LARP-ification Project'.

Is there a specific reason why this mod isn't included in STEP? Having a greatsword floating on your back is pretty immersion breaking if you ask me.

 

If it's only because it interferes with 'Skyrim Weapon De-LARP-ification Project' (previously known as 'Thinner Weapon Blades') then my mod fixes that.
