Project Nevada Cybernetic Head-implants not working

Hello there, this is the first time i've posted.

 

I have a minor problem where i can't install or remove my 2 head-implants.

Whenever i try to remove/install any new HEAD-implant, the screen fades to black but no operation sounds play.

My game "freezes" but i can still hear the BG-music.

The screen stays black until i end the process.

This is very weird as i can install/remove any other implant, be it in arms, legs or body.

 

I have tried:

 

Re installing - PN + PN extra options.

 

(ofc this means ive re-installed the inteire HUD segment).

 

so, i have searched the Googles but cant seem to find and answer.

I can live with it but it would be nice to install other implants aswell and not being stuck with the, AR scanner and the Voice Modulator.
