OBIS -ASIS Issue

There seems to be a conflict between these mods.  From an OBIS stickied comment:

 

6. There seems to be an issue with ASIS and OBIS. A certain perk added by ASIS causes the Crow bandits to freak out and CTD your game. If you can manually remove the perk "perkskillboost" from the crow bandits in the ASIS.esp post-patcher this will solve it. Otherwise either don't use ASIS or exclude ASIS from OBIS.

Deleting any "Crow" entry in ASIS.esp was pretty easy - shift click grabs them all.  Still open and closing TES5Edit is a bit of tedium if doe often enough.

 

I'm not sure how to modify the .ini files to exclude OBIS - would you do this to the npc enchant fix.ini, another .ini in ASIS or something in SUM?
