Skill Perk Descriptions is a mod that gives the skills and perks in Oblivion a description in the form of a tooltip. A UI mod that makes the interface smaller is not required but is highly recommended by the author because the the tooltips may not fit on the screen. Requirements OBSE This mod is already included in Mythic Dawn: Gateway to Oblivion WIP
