It changes the road that connects Raven Rock and Brodir Grove. I have not tried it in my game, just bringing it for people's attention :)
Garfink Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Saw this too, makes the road look like the type you find in Skyrim. Not sure if I want that. I never thought the darker/wetter looking dirt looked out of place really.
