Question

Posted (edited)

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue where the ground looks spiky and blurry. I think it might be because I enabled Complex Grass and Complex Grass Collisions but I'm not sure.

These are my current settings from enbseries.ini:

EnableTerrainParallax=true
EnableComplexGrass=true
EnableComplexGrassCollisions=true
EnableComplexParallax=true
EnableComplexParallaxShadows=true
EnableComplexTerrainParallax=true
EnableComplexTerrainParallaxShadows=true
EnableTerrainBlending=true
EnableComplexMaterial=true
EnableDynamicCubemap=true
EnableCloudsScattering=true

Additionally, in the 1st screenshoot provided the terrain has a very noticeable pattern from the textures and while it's not an issue is there a way to resolve it, or make it look more diverse and realistic?

I've also attached my load order and mods.

Here are screenshots of the issue: https://imgur.com/a/eOwetZG

So this is caused by your ENB preset?

Unless you are running a parallax build, you should disable all the parallax stuff. Same goes for terrain blending and complex material. Those expect specific types of assets and configurations that I cannot speak to.

Yeah I think it was caused by the complex terrain parallax. Do you know where I can find more about how to enable or work these effects?
