Light from spells really blocky

The light around his hands and spells is all really blocky, is there anyway to edit this?

Using post processing version of the 2.3 guide.

That looks like a mesh or texture issue with arctic. Did you install additional mods or only whats in STEP 2.3? If only in STEP try reinstalling Arctic - Frost Effect Redux per the guide instructions

I have only used the guide, no other spell effect mods.

I have tried reinstalling it with the same results. When installed without ENB it isn't blocky

Seems like something is not right in your ENB install somewhere then. Another team member will have to help on this.

Reinstall Arctic Frost Effects Redux with these options per the instructions:

Turns out it was an issue with the ENB Light mod, but seems to be fixed now after I reinstalled that one
