need help with a weird shadow bug in skyrim se

hi, i need help with a shadow bug thats happening in my game, the shadow is disappearing as i move my screen, there seems to be 2 invisible lines in the middle of the screen, each removing a layer of shadows as i turn my screen.

idk what's cause this problem i tried uninstalling my mods and changing my pref ini settings but its still here, Please help!!!

The game's shadow system does this. You can use Bethini Pie's preset settings to fix.
