I am not sure if this would fall within the scope of STEP, but from the SOUND of this mod, it would make an logical addition.

It doesn't mess with the vanilla CoW quests, but adds to them so you get actual lessons in magic from the teachers... It should be compatible with Odin. There is a patch provided for At Your Own Pace.
