Mod Group Seperators

I'm just curious as to why the mod group seperators begin with "02" and not "01". Was something removed and the numbering not updated?

We used to include 01-Tools as a mod table, but that's now been incorporated into the System Setup Guide

To add to that, you'll also still find "01-Tools" on some Guides. For example, the NMS Guide still has a Tools section for installation and download on its page.
