Wyre Bash in current AE guide

My apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere.

I am following the current SkyrimSE v2.0.0 guide and I just installed Book Covers Skyrim - Lost Library. As I was reading the mod description on Nexus I saw that the books added required using Wyre Bash to generate the new leveled lists to allow the new books to be found as random loot. However when I search through the guide I cannot find any reference to Wyre Bash. Is it no longer necessary in the current guide? Is it supplanted by a new mod? Is it the intent of the guide to not use it at all or is it expected that modders are already aware of the need?

The mode page mentions Wrye Bash should be used to resolve any conflicts between Book Covers Skyrim - Lost Library and any mods that conflict with its leveled lists. You don't need to worry about this because the Step patches resolves all the conflicts in the guide for you.
