Timescale

I just used a stopwatch to see how the time passes. That's when I noticed that 1 minute real time equals 15 minutes in-game time. I thought 1 minute was supposed to be 20 minutes of Skyrim time. Has that been changed? Or is there a mod in the guide that changes the timescale to 15? If so, which?

The change is in the STEP Skyrim SE - CR Patch and is documented in the Changelog (link at the top of the guide just below the title).

Yeah, slowing the game a bit seems like a good thing. I personally like 10 min, but 15 is a nice compromise.
