Changing Windowed/borderless does nothing.

For some reason, no matter what setting I set in BethINI, the Windowed and Borderless does absolutely nothing. Something seems to overwrite it.

I want to run in 16:9 so that SkyUI behaves normally without it clipping out of the screen and being impossible to use.

Changing the resolution works, but all it does is stretch that resolution out over my full screen. It ironically fixes the SkyUI problem, but with massive horizontal stretch everywhere else in the game

In SSE Display tweaks, set:

Fullscreen=false
Borderless=true

... and read through the other settings. Also, visit our BethINI recommendations.
